Hi,
I face a dispute with my spouse since 2002 & I was won the 498A & other those fighted against me & 125 maintenance issued from Judge those I paid. But in my city I filed Sec-10 HMA for Judicial Seperation from her but she ignore my all notice & publishing too, then court declare her ex-parte but not the Judge are a Divorced lady & tell us for Withdraw the case & other wise she dismissed the case, my all documentation are solid & true but dont know why she move personally to her.. Please assist me for that what I do? or Can going to High Court Chandigarh for correct judgments. Please any one assist me...

Pls clarify the below mentioned query...
Principal employer registred under Labour department and he is contribution pf for his 200 regular employees. He has engaged 4 sub contractors and they are having each 5 contract labour.
Principal employer asking their contractors to submit their contract labour PF challans but contractors replied that we have only 5 contract labour, so that we have not been alloted PF Code from PF Office.
In the above situation, what is the roll of principal employer.
Kindly clarify me...

Place:Kolkata:- We had a credit card of Standard Chartered but never used the card.
suddenly we received a bill of 29000/- immediately we complained to Bank, police, CBI special branch cell. A criminal case started and yet investigation is not complete.
In the mean time the bank started sending recovery agency men to our house. Every time we narrated the same story and has given them all the details of police case no etc.
No suddenly some unknown person calling us and saying that he is Asst. Commissioner of Police of Chandigarh High Court and some case is pending there in my (supl.card holder) and my mothers (primary c.holder)name . And the High court has issued a arrest warrant. The person refused to give any further details about the matter but told us to contact immediately to one Mr. R. K. Bagga Ph: 08146906265 and 09216425795.
I called him and he told he is Chairman of Maharstha Bar Council. He refused to give me any information about any case pending against us. He is only saying withing one hour we will be arrested.
My question is how a case can be pending against us at Chandigarh or Maharastha? How such a case initiated without serving summon? Is that possible?
I think the person is a fraud. If it is so what action can we take. We called the bank but they are syaing they will not discuss anything with us?
The person is also calling our neighbours and telling them that they also will be arrested. The person is calling from Punjab& Harnya State. They are using very very abusive language.
Kindly guide what should we do? What action can we take?

Is there any provision of review against the rejection order passed by insurance company. can insurance company change its earlier order od rejection and accept claim partially/fully.

Dear experts ,can a illegal G.P.A registration will be cancelled by actual land owners? here one person have registered the plots to various members on CONDITIONAL G.P.A EXECUTED BY MY FRIEND.WITH OUT OBTAINING THE PERMISSIONS . AND WITH OUT NOTICE TO THE PRINCIPLES,i.e.to MY FRIEND& his family members,when my friend noticed this acts done by G.P.A. HOLDER MY FRIEND ALONG WITH HIS FAMILY MEMBERS WAS REVOKED THE G.P.A. AND GIVEN A GENERAL PUBLIC NOTICE IN NEWS PAPERS .CAN THE G.P.A. REGISTERD PLOTS ARE VALID ? HOW TO CANCELL THE SAID G.P.A .REGISTRATIONS ? WERE SHALL MY FRIEND ADDMITT THE CASE? KINDLY REPLY TO MY QUERY .URGENT ,THANKING YOU SIR.

Pre charge evidence in complaint case under Sec 200 CrPC. Accused is appearing in person. Complainant/witness during cross examination jumping out of the context to the asked question has filed fresh documents. No application to submit these documents had been made by him and neither the copy supplied to the accused. There has also been no reference of these documents in compliant or even during cross-examination. Although the accused in this case, has objected to inclusion of these documents at this stage in this manner, the judge has not written 'objected-to' while admiting these documents. Judge has further exhibited these documents while they ought to be inadmissible.
What are the remedies/options open to the accused.

I am Prakash, residing at Bangalore and seek your help to seek justice in Karnataka.
I was married to Ms Mohan Kumari aged 30 years who is the daughter of Late Muddappa and sister of the current Asst Commisioner-Revenu ( Gangadhara Swamy GM )of Bangalore North. My wife Mohan Kumari did not leave with me even for 4 months, she wanted me to live with her separately and keep my parents away.
I am the only son for my Parents and living with them today, they have no other options or place to live without me. It is my moral responsibility to take care of them, but my wife and their family, along with her brothers father in Law who is the honorable Judge in the High court of Karnataka ( Subhash B Adi ) and his wife ( Sudha B Adi ) have personally suggested me several times to leave my parents and take up a house to live with my wife separately as she cannot live in a family. (All documentary evidences are avaialbe)
When we met honorable judge Subhash Adi who is a father in law of Asst Commissioner in the high court and at his residenc he also suggested me to stay away from parents for some year & he also offered govt job. I have requested them not to push me to such a difficult situation and try and leave together as a family. But my wife and all her family members have threatened me and also filed a case against me, mentioning that I have harassed her for Dowry under section 498A, which is also filed after nearly 2 years when she had left my house and was not leaving with me. The date mentioned is also the day when I was working in my office. The case is in the court now.
My father and Mother have really gone into depression due to all these issues and are under medical treatment. my father is suffering from disease dementia.I have ruined my life now. I have enough evidence recorded conversations and messages which can be produced in the court to gain justice, but the system is scared of these high profile men.
I seek your guidance, to find a way to gain justice without these interruptions. I have been without a job because of these issues. I have been approached by the Media to share all the evidences and documents to help me gain justice. I do not want to opt for this option at this stage. I am seeking your advice to find a solution to approach the law to help me get justice.
In anticipation of your help and advice to a person who is been suffering with these high profile men.

APPEAL TO SUPEREME COURT AGAINT CM(M)
The case is:-
Two CM(M) of Party A have been rejected under the same order by the High Court in a single bench. The CM(M) were filed against two different orders in two different suits(in one case of suit for permanent injunction as plaintiff and in another of Probate as defendent) rejecting the misc application under order XXII for impleadment of the party A after death as legal representatiive of the deceased plaintiff/defendent though the legal heirs are alive and in one case are on record and Party A is a Transfree Pendente Lite Party despite status quo orders against the defendents in probate case. Party A also filed review of the order which also stands dismissed by the High Court.
The questions are: -
1. What is the remedy available to Party A. If the Party A goes to SC, it would be SLP or what? What is the Time period to move application/SLP to Supereme Court? Whether the review period is to be excluded for calculating the period of limitation.
2. Now, the party B wants to file caveat in Supereme Court. Whether it will br filed as SLP under ORDER XVI RULE 4(1) (A)SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION Under Article 136 of the Constitution of India?
What is the procedure?
How many sets are to be filed ?
What is the court fee?
Please resolve the above queries.
