I got divorced in 2017 by an expatriate judgement by Family Court on the ground that my ex-wife not interested to attend court proceedings and also not having any defense against my case of domestic violence. After the decision of honorable court I got re-married but ex-wife filled case against me under domestic violence, alimony for her maintenance and re-opening of family court decision. All her claims are baseless and not backed by any witness/proof. Kindly suggest is she entitled for any maintenance as she is already working as government employee since 2012 getting approx Rs.65000/- per month and also having immovable property in her name. Further we not have any kid thus no question of maintenance.
Moreover, I have one baby boy with my present wife and both my son and wife dependent on me.
Kindly suggest some case judgement in this scenario which can be quoted in defense to her case

I am working in Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Chomu. This organization is operated by a Trust and funded by the ICAR. I joined here on 26 Oct 2018. They made me to sign of a bond of 50000.
and On 5th May 2018 I applied in Rajasthan Govt. Information Assistant post.
Now on 04 Nov 2018 I have selected for that post in Rajasthan Govt.
Do i Need to pay that bond to the Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
I will join in Rajasthan Government in January 2019.
Please suggest me what i have to do.
I have purchased a flat in 2010 in Pune. The land on which the building is constructed is registered as an agricultural land and falls under wagholi gram panchayat . I have index 2 of the flat and i am in possession of the flat. When the builder was selling the flat people were frustrated as he was not ready to form society and get it registered. So we the owners took initiative and got the society formed and registered. Now the society is registered under Co-Op HSG Soc. After this the builder pulled his hands from day to day activity of the society and also did not take any interest in getting the sales/conveyance deed and OC done for occupant.
We are now looking for getting this sales deed done. Could any of the expert shade some light on process of getting this done on our own. What are the document required and which office to approach and what would be the fees involved. As per my understanding we can apply for Non -Agricultural status for the plot only after we get our sales/conveyance deed shorted out. So this is very important for us.

we have a plot in (malad) mumbai for 99 years lease agreement kind of ,so technically we are on lease for 99 years, it was in the name of my grandpa and after his death names on municipal tax has been changed to his wife only and other documents remained in the name of grandpa like property card and 7/12, so now last year my grandma died and she made a will in the name of us, we have completed all the pending work in native place of property and now would like to ahead with this 99years wala lease land, there have been people living at that place amounts to 18 chawls officially and 26 unofficially chawls and out of which 1 is occupied by us, these people have registered as welfare society as soon as my grandma died. now please suggest what all the things that we can do to get some monetary benefit out of this mess situation. people over there have started considering this as lawaaris type plot.

For the last few months i am not able to pay the EMI The bank where i took loan is saying we are not responsible u need to pay for the loan opted and threatening like we will raise case against you for cheque bounce...some sections...pls advise with your contact details

Sir/Madam, I am in legal battle and police complaints with a builder, from whom I bought a flat, since 2015. Recently the Sub Inspector from a particular PS called for an enquiry on 08.11.2018 and referred the same complaint (01.05.2018) with PS and Defamation notice (May 2018) for which I replied in 2 weeks and told that the builder filed an affidavit and the Judicial Magistrate ordered an enquiry / statement under Cr Pc 91 & 161 and my statement was supposed to be submitted on or before 16.11.2018 to the Court. I submitted a two page statement (was told to complete in single sheet and returned another paper to the constable) on 8.11.2018. Later on 13.11.2018 went to the PS and requested for the copy of Complaint / affidavit and the SI told that is not his duty and asked the writer to give enquiry summon so that the case number will be mentioned and we got it and noted the case number, CMP xxxx / 2018. Till date the case number is not reflected in online / case number / case type/ pending in 2018 / closed 2018 or in the cause list. Advocate filed a copy application on 29.11.2018 but till date the case record not received.
Looking forward to understand the process, consequences, preventive measures and counter measures and further advise on this.
