Hindu succession act and will

Hi,

One of my friend's father made a will and died. The will is not registered.

In the will, he has given a flat to his wife i.e. my friend's mother.
It is a residential property and my friend residing there with his mother for quite longer time.

Now, my friend's mother wants to sell the property and wants to give this money to her other son. My friend wants to object this as he does not have any other residential arrangement. Can he do that?
How much share he can get if the property is sold?

Divorce by Mutual Consent under Hindu Law

Hi,

If a couple married 2 and half years back, they don't have any children wants to give divorce through mutual consent, what process need to be followed?
They both don't want to hire lawyer. What documents they need to attach with the application. Is giving any reason necessary for that?
Husband is ready to return all Streedhan given by the girl's family. for this, does he need to submit to the court? In which court they both should apply? What is the format for such divorce?
The girl doesn't want to appear before the court but ready to sign divorce through mutual consent. Is it mandatory for her to appear before court and testify?

Also, the wife is a working women. does the husband need to pay settlement amount? If both of them agreed that no need to pay settlement amount and legal expenses, will court accept such petition?

Well, the girl has not applied yet for marriage registration and also, she is not using her husband's surname anywhere even after marriage

Gratuity Claim

Dear Sir

my husband worked in a MNC company from 10 Dec 2005 till 31 Aug 2010, is he eligible to Claim for Gratuity from his employer, if so please provide me with copy of Court Verdict enable to claim the same or under which section of Payment of Gratuity Act can he refer to and claim the same

PF not paid to the Employee Urgent please

"A" joined in Private Security services, as Security Man, and rendered service 18 months continuesly with out any interruption. PF alsw was deducted from "A" Salary, due to some disturm from the Manager, "A" submitted resign letter along with Identity Card to the Manager.

When request made by "A" regarding PF. Manager stating that you have to submit Identity Card then i will give PF A/c. that too he is saying you are not eligible to get PF.

Manager further stating that you paid Single term PF

Generally how many types of PF, please clarify my doubt

one person told that 10 years should be paid to the PF then only eligible to get PF

remaining security Guards also took more amount form PF except me

Please help me urgent

Re: ESI Coverage

Hi,

Any company registered under Shops and Establishments Act with employee strength more than 20 need to register under ESI Act and all employees whose gross salary is Rs. 15000/- need to cover under ESI Act
