Is the bank account is important for the buying of properties in the name of trust?
Is there any concession in the stamp paper for the property registration in the name of trust?

Sir, a mohameddan, family of 5 sons and 3 daughters has to share their dead fathers property, out of 5 sons, one of the son has died leaving behind Widow only,
i.e, property has to be divided among 4 sons, a widow and 3 daughters, Since widow is entitle for only 1/4 th share, if no children, how her remaining 3/4th share is divided among other people.
What will be the quantum of each share of each Son and daughter as per Mohameddan law ?

I am regd dealer under punjab vat act. I want to buy yarn from outside state but i would manufacture cloth from this yarn which is tax free. Now can i get the exemption from payment of entry tax by submitting an indemnity bond/undertaking/affidavit. If yes then i need copies of the same in MS Word. Please send me copies of all these documents in MS Word

Is it possible/ acceptable to receive part of the sale deed amount(say upto Rs.one lac) in cash if it is properly mentioned in the sale deed document?

I am giving my flat on rent @6000/- p.m. in Delhi for 11 months.
The property dealer says unregistered agreement on Rs. 50/- stamp paper is quite Ok.
Is he right or should I get it registered?
Which agreement,regd or unregd., would be better for me ,if some dispute arises between me and the tenant?

As per section 25 (2) (ii) of "CONTRACT LABOUR (REGULATION & ABOLITION) ACT,1970 REGISTRATION",
"ii)The number of workmen employed as contract labour in the establishment shall not, on any day, exceed the maximum number specified in the licence;"
Doubt:
1. If the statute requiresthe Principle Employer (PE) to make sure that the total no of workmen employed by labor contractor does not exceed the No. of workmen for which licence is granted?
If yes, How can a PE track total no of workmen employed by the given contractor for all PE taken togather?
2 If it is found by govt authorities that the contactor employs more No. of workment than licenced No., then is there any specific penalty on PE (& not contractor)? If yes under which section?

Hello Everybody,
My name is karthik, I am working in an MNC. 10 months back I was sent to USA on training purposes. But instead of training, I had to work for 3 months in USA.
After my arrival we did get some jobs from USA and I have even executed them.
I feel entirely cheated by my company.

Regarding stay on house
We are having a house which is jointly in name of my father & my uncle .Registry is in name of My Father & uncle ( Father Brother) . I am in service & my wife ,my son & myself dont live in this house.
My younger brother ,his wife & son live in that house.
My father & my uncle are planning to sell this house.Now I want to ask that from my father share in this house can I get some share as he is willing to give entire share to my brother who lives in that house. Can I take stay on this house so that they are stoppped from selling this house. Plz advise
