Good evening
as per i know the MCD (mutual consent divorce) take minium 6 month,but one of my coleage say it can be done less then 4 month.if requested judge will reduce cooling period ,
is this true
can MCD done with 6 month

mai private limited company mai kaam 7 saal se kaam kar rha hu or ab malik mujhe nikal rha hai or vo mujhe gratuity bhi nahi de rha hai ab mujhe gratuity ke liye kya karna chahiye.

in school the caste is given wrong at the time of adimission ,now we want to change the caste.
the caste given school is mother caste.
now we want to change to father caste.

divorce by mutual understading as been file in family court for divorce ,
but the husband is not attending court and the case is still pending.
now we want file fresh case for divorce by withdrawing the earlier case.
1.can this be done
2.on what base case can be withdrwan.

Hello.
Me and my wife seperated by an agreement its been 9 years.After 3 years she filed bogus case IPC 323,294,506.And after another 4 years she filed 498 and She is higly educated and earning handsome salary so in DV She asked for residence order u/s 19 and finally judge ordered 8000 for residence. Its been 9 years to our separation then also is she entitled to get money for residence? She has filed bogus criminal cases 323,506 and 498 etc in one of this case 323,506 we are aquitted but still Magistrate mentioned that DV is quasi civil in nature and on preponderance of probabilities violence has been done.Is there any chance to dismiss this residence order?? Please help

2 weeks back I had a small accident. I was driving my car in 40 and was turning right when 2 college guys in bike speeding came and hit me. The driver fell down and though did not have serious injuries, broke his front tooth (half) and the tooth next to it cracked. They were not wearing helmet. I got out of the car and though they were at fault, took them to a nearby hospital, did a first aid. The doctor advised he was ok. But as his friends insisted I took him to another speciality hospital and got an x-ray done to confirm no fractures in the jaw. The report came back negative. But during conversation and negotiating, accidently it slipped out that my car insurance had expired. Once the guys came to know this, they started demanding more money for expenses to repair the broken tooth. I told them to consult a specialist and let me know what could be the cost and I would do the best I can. 2 days no one called and after 2 days his friends called and told me that the buy was taken to Kerala by his parents (I am in tamilnadu) and admitted in a big hospital and doctor estimated the cost around 70000 and asked me how much I will pay. As I told him this was against what we had agreed on, I did not encourage their calls. ( I also had given my personal number to call and update me). Once I did not respond to their demands, they started calling and threatening me that they will go to the police and tell them that I had no insurance at the time of accident. But after the accident I immediately went and had my insurance renewed. So currently I have my insurance and this accident occured 2 weeks back. The guys are calling me weekly 2-3 times demanding compensation with threats (and they are engineering students) but I am not relenting to their demands. I once also told them to come to police station last saturday where we will discuss this in front of police and they did not turn up, but again called me twice today but I did not answer their calls.
So please advise what are the legal implications in this case and how should I proceed further?
Your advise will be greatly appreciated.

mcd (mutal consent divorce)case filed in feb 2014,the petitioner no;1,husband is not attaneded a court till now.now petitioner no 2 want to withdraw and file a new appliation for divorce.
1,can petitoner no 2 with draw case without petitoner no1.
2,can petitioner no2 file a separate application for divorce, when the MCD is already there without withdrawing MCD
