Dear Sir/Madam
I am going to open a pre primary (Nursery, JKG, SKG)school in Nagpur Maharshatra. I Have a society get registered under society registration act and received registration certificate.
My question is Can I have to register the school or society under bombay shop act, from where I have get permission to open preprimary school. Need legal formalities for the same.
Please advice/guide.
