Mortgage Suit for Recovery

A Finance Company has an only office at place "X" which extended loan to the borrower and loan agreement was executed at a place "Y" which was secured against the mortgaged of the immovable properties situated at A,B,C & D places/districts .There is a clause in the Loan Agreemnt that the court at place "X" shall have the juridication to entertain the suit. Which court shall have juridication to entertain the mortgage suit for recovery of the loan amount?

Departmental Enquiry

The governement employee was suspended in the year 1995. The department has not initiate any enquiry till 2009. After a gap 15 years, now the department has ordered the department enquiry for the alleged misconduct committed in the year 1995.
Can the department after 15 years initiate the DE. If no, what is the period during which the department has to initiate the DE.
Can you cite any judgments on this point

Joint Venture

Four company formed a Joint Venture and executed a Contract for the purpose of execution of a project . The JV further executed a Sub Contract with third party. The dispute has arisen between the JV and third party and the project has also been completed. Dispute arisen between JV and third party

What is the legal status of Joint Venture, formed by the Four Companies and after completion of the project, for which the JV was formed?
What is the legal procedure for winding up of the JV once the project is completed?
What legal remedies are available to third party to restrain them for winding up?

CHALLENGE TO WILL

One wants to get declare that the so called will is null and void as the properties mentioned in the will were not exclusively owned by the testator.
Can the plaintiff file his suit for declaration in the Taluka court ( Civil Judge Junior division ) ?

Divorce & maintenance

Mine is marriage petition pending in the court since 5 years, for 4 yrs and 3 months my husband was paying me maintenance now since my lawyer has resigned from her law firm she is not appearing for the case, my husband has stopped paying maintenance since then that is 9 months, the case has now been transferred to the fast track court, and my husband & his lawyer has not been appearing since the 3 hearings and when our current lawyer called my husbands lawyer they pleaded ignorance of the matter being transferred to fast track court, even the judge has decided to give my husbands lawyer a notice intimating the transfer of the case to fast track though a notice was put up about the transfer in the previous court, my lawyer also seems not argue properly, even my husbands lawyer has not conducted my cross examination since the last 3 years. Please advice Iam really suffering a lot .

My Father bought some property in the name of my sister when she is 3 years old.Sale deed is in the name of my sister.Now my sister is major and she is trying to sell the property.I need experts valuable opinion.1.What is the nature of the property ? 2.
