Dear Experts,
I am standing in trial on a IPC 420, 417 case which of course is falsely framed on me. The complainant has not turned up and i have attended 7 trials so far. My next trial date is 2 months away. I am currently wanted to go abroad for a month on official purpose and will be returning well before the trail date. Will i have to get court's permission for applying visa. is there any other complication involved in this.
