complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

I received one cheque which has been dishonoured. I sent legal notice to the person who issued cheque. The legal notice has been returned back as the person is not in a country... Can i file complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act?

Practice certificate

If any person dissmissed from the full time service, Such person has right to join advocate practice and maximum age limit to join said practice.

Rental agreement

We have taken a coomercial property on 5 years lease agreement which was not registered. the agreement is expired now.the landlord is not interested to renew the agreement, and we do not want to leave the premises.What can we do now. Will the law help us in this case.

To get ride of all cases concerned with property

Respected Madam/Sir
I was born in 1983 . my father worked in revenue dpt as resistrar kanungo (clerk level post). I left my home place in 2000 at age of 17 year & Got selected in PMT in 2004 . I completed my MBBS in 2010 from government medical college . Since then working in a government Medical college as junior doctor. My fathers elder brothers & many others have a great jealous they dont want to let me develop. my father and his elder brother seperated there parts in year 2002 . I have no interest in family property. they writ in court of law that my father did some forgery in document and increased area of property between 1970 - 1990 with my help though property was on name of my grandfather . court issued order to police to lodge FIR and investigate . We went to high court allahabad to stay order but case dismissed . Since i have nothing to do with my family property etc what should i do to get ride of this situation & similar situations they can raise in future..
