we are two brothers and have property on our joint name.I wish two seperate property cards.we are occupying the builtup portion of the portion and paying property tax of our occupied area individually.But I want to have equal share of the land also by measurement through collector office as this was to be done as per will of our father.during this procedure,bros expired and now his wife and son do not give consent to devide and make two property cards.Under the circumstances ,can i get seperate property card without their consent from collector office.?

Lease land : court stay
We have lease land for petrol pump for 19 year. The land belongs to a firm, due to dispute in partners the court give issue stay of all land. We were not aware about court dispute. In between due to our requirementre of more land for pump, we done another lease agreeement with one of the partner. when we initiate some work the other partner showed court stay. Now we are unable to use both land. Please advise if we have already done 19 years lease from Firm how can court stay established which is already with us. We are regularly giving both agreement lease amount nearly 80000 and we unable to use the land which belongs to us 19 years for petrol pump running and maintenace. Please advise way how to save our pump land which belongs to before court case.
