My past employer is forcing to collect the F& F cheque in person from the office which is not possible as I will be spending much more in travelling to & Fro to mumbai from my current location.
Pl advice me how i can get the F&F in this case.Below pl find my communication with the HR representative.

Dear All,
It seems there are double standards for same purpose which is very surprising.
After Hari kumar left in may 2011 , i personally collected his Full and Final cheque on his behalf and handed it over to Hari Nair.
that time no such measures were mentioned .
hence you need to understand the same and try not to beat around the bush ( i am forced to write such line).

pre-school / montessori(KIDZEE/EUROKIDS/KANGAROO KIDS) is a place where child learns by discovery and does not have teachers but guides.
does this come under ambit of educational institute and hence ESIC.
most of the guides are ladies from good families devoting 4-5 hours of their time at pre-school as a part of their commitment in doing social service for a meager honorarium or travelling reimbursement.
they are not drawing salary or wages, they are not employed in real sense.
is it covered in ESIC

Gratuity and settlement
Hello,
Have worked in an leading pharmaceuticals company for more than 5 years.Its almost three years that i have resigned but yet to get my settlement and gratuity. The company is just been giving reason's and excuses like we will settle it within next quarter etc... Can some one kindly suggest me what best can be done to get MY money from the pharmaceutical company.
