Sri T.V.Raghava Rao, TTA Khammam SSA of A.P Circle declared qualified under 35% quota and completed JTO Phase-I training for 16 weeks (as per the new pattern) w.e.f 16-8-2004 under category-II at RTTC Hyderabad and waiting for posting. He is now declared qualified under 15% quota for the year 1996.
It is requested to clarify whether
(a) Sri T.V.Raghava Rao may be posted as JTO with recruitment year 1996
(b) The candidate is required to be sent for JTO training again.
The same officer issued another letter Ref-12 Subject as
Formation of JTO Induction Batch for Category–I & Category–II candidates selected on review of results against 35% & 15% Qualifying / Competitive departmental quota for the year 1999 Quota-Reg
As per the Ref-12 letter that is clear that he was got clarified and understand that 35% & 15% quota candidates are eligible for same phase – I training. Even after the same officer has not given me posting order.
As per the Ref- 6 to 10 I was discharged JTO duties from 31-5-2005 to 19-6-2007 as JTO (Officiating).
from 20-7-2010 i performed as regular JTO.
hence i request that any cases successfully got the regularisation of officiating period previously.
if it's there plz give the details of case no and court where it is.

Supreme court on administrative aspects
Hi,
I am unable to withdraw my PF from my previous company, firstly i sent the duly filled withdrawl form and couriered it but after 3 months when i followed up with Finance dept they said that it will take sometime but later they said that i have not filled a form due to which it came back when i asked which form the accountant did not tell anything and when ever i call them or email there is no response.
I sent the PF withdrawl form duly filled on Dec 8th 2009 and enquired about the status in March 2010 but after that there is no response.
Kindly suggest how to proceed and withdraw the money, i worked in that company for 16 months and had asked to quit because of recession in 2009.
Thanks in advance.

Employees' Pension Scheme 1995 (EPS-95)
Dear sir,
I want to clarify some doubts in "Employees' Pension Scheme 1995 (EPS-95) "
1. As per rule, to avail EPS-95 benefit age should above 58 years and completed 10 years of service (while still working) AND For early pension - age should between 50 and 58 years, completed 10 years service (but not in service)
a. What is the meaning of 10 years of service (is this continuation in same company or can we add up other company service to make up 10 years?)
b. What is the proof that we are member of "Employees' Pension Scheme 1995 (EPS-95) "? is this our PF number or any other bond they going to give?
c. What is the assurance that we receive our Pension Fund after 58 Years if we alive?
d. if we complete 10 yeras of service as a EPF member, any pension bond automatically we receive from government or we need to apply for it or anything else regarding this. Please clarify. Thanks
