I heard that ( Pvt Ltd / Ltd ) Companies those who are having PF Trust the amount is taxable at the time of withdrawal before 05 years of Service ,
What are the provisions are applicable to make it nontaxable withdrawal?

are teachers of recognised un aided private schools covered under delhi school and education act eligible for gratuity on resigning from service after completing just 6-7 years of service?
these teachers are goverened by delhi school and education act and also under ccs rules

Yes I have documents received under RTI which proves that Chargesheet was drafted by other authority.
so Can whole disciplinary proceeding be treated as null and void.

1.Can disciplinary authority take advice from other authority by sending inquiry report to vigilange deptt.instead of taking decision himself.
2. Can disc.authority act on the draft chargeshhet send by vigliance deptt. or he has to draft the chargesheet himself.
3. There is documents to prove that some other authority refused the proposed action of disciplinary authority and asked the disciplinary authority to wait for their advice.Can it be treated as interference in the decision of disc. authority which should be independent one.

i am working in central government hospital as grade II staff nurse(delhi). i have completed 8month of service i m probetioner. i want to get trasfer to my home city(nagpur). but there is no central government branch at nagpur. is there a possibility for divisional transfer to CGHS which are available at nagpur. if yes please give me details rules... and guide me for the need.

hello sir/m'am,
we donot have fine terms with my uncle and as i am preparing for a govt job.and about to get selected.
