Dear all,
is it neccessary for labour contractor to show the ESIC & EPF amount separtely like service tax. Whether the billing is on daily wage rate or piece rate. If yes, kindly provide any notification or any other statutory document.

can you help me to draft a letter that is for shift the toll naka and the bus stop because they are causing alot of traffic jam which is just near the signal, i have spoke to the society people all around they have agreed to sign after i get the drafted letter, actually one small girl died on the spot,her body was sticked to the tyre of the tanker behind wheel,just next to the signal,she was 5yr and her mother one leg has gone for ever,please if any one could help to draft a letter or do you get any book with simple letters so that i could submit it to the cooperation with society people sign on that,please help........i am doing this social work because i have value for people life i am just a normal person fighting for people safety......

in a govt department where promotion is based on assessment interview - if a scientist is promoted say in the year 2001 and the court orders for considering his case for assessment in the year 1998 as he was wrongly not considered for promotion in the year 1998 will he have to reappear in the interview for the year 1998. Thus for one promotion he will have to give interview two times. Is taking interview twice legal. is there any supreme court ruling which says doble interview (punishment) is illegal.
pl. give the reference of the ruling so that i can quote for relief

When the inquiry conducted resulted in the Inquiry Report and the same was accepted by disciplinary authority and then forwarded for II stage advice to CVO, whether the CVO after around 3 years can send back for fresh inquiry on the ground that the witnesses were not examined, that too when the charged officer did not question the witnesses statements.
The witnesses were not called for examination. The charged officer has not questioned the content of the witnesses as nothing incriminating or against the CO is stated in the said statements. the inquiry officer reported that none of the charges are proved. this was accepted by the disciplinary authority and forwarded to CVO for second stage advice. the charged officer is in service and not suspended.

I am working in a Nationalised Bank. I served my resignation on 15.01.2011. However, I had been advised by HR that due to some staff accountability issues, my resignation can not be processed at that moment. I continued serving even after expiry of 90 days (notice period) on understanding that accountability issues shall be sorted out and I will get formal relase. However, offlate on 02.09.11 I have been issued a transfer order to a rural branch (200kms) away from current metro city. I expressed my inability to relocate due to personal unavoidable circumstances. However, my request has been turned down. I have now decided to quit my service and don't wont to continue any more as its not possible for me to relocate & continue my service.
Please advise URGENTLY.

Respected Seniors,
One of the Infrastructure Company received a notice from PF authorities for 7A enquiry under EPF & MP Act, 1952.
Facts of the Matter:
1. The infrastructure company engaged labour through some contractors in and around India
2. The contractors not contributed Provident Fund for their Casual Labour as they were in migrant nature.
3. Now PF authorities asked to the Infrastructures company to pay the contributions, as a principle employer both contributions and administration charges i.e., (25.61%). It may cost in Crores of Rupees
Requesting for remedy for the following Point:
If, Infrastructures Company paid all the contributions, as advised by PF authorities, but there is no beneficiaries for the above said contributions, as labours are not found due to their migrant nature. Hence, how it is justified for Infrastructure Company.
Please advise and help us...

Dear All
I had joined a Bank on 14th June 2010 and now i have resigned from Bank as due to some medical problems.
As my CH was ready to relieve me in 10 days. But as required I have resigned from the Bank on 25th June and Relieved on last working date in Bank on 05th Sep with prior notice as per the bank's policy.
Even the Last date had been decided by Supervisor and entered in Exit management System.
Now after when more than one week has passed on i come to know about my relieving letter has been put on hold on 09th Sep without any valid reason.
Kindly look in to matter as
This can create the problems and serious issue if not resolved.
Kindly Advise on the same and waht legal action can be taken as The BM is the culprit who is not ready to give the same
as i had not good relations with him
