Employee leaving the company

Hi,

I need suggestions, if we need to file a suit against an employee on the below conditions

1)Employee was under probationary, left the company within three months after joining. 3 months notice period to be served.

2) Employee was sent to Europe for training, left the company within few weeks after he returned. 1 year service bond signed.

What charges we can frame & where we can do the trial??

Look forward to your valuable advise.

Regards,
Nagaraj

Notice period

Dear Sir,
I am working in a mechanical company as Design Engineer for the last 1 year and 6 months.3 weeks back, our HR manager told me that they are going to shrink the design division as a consequence of recession. So I have to either resign by July 31st or else I will be terminated from the service. But till now I haven't received any notice in Black and White from the company. So what should I do? Is there any rule that the employer should provide notice period to employee?
Awaiting the reply at the earliest.

Regards,
Arjun

I am working as Postal Assistant in Post Office. I wish to resign to my job as i am going to further studies. Can I absent from the job after submitting my resignation letter? Or Should I attend to the job till the acceptance of my resignation letter?

If I absent from the job immediately after submitting the resignation letter, what are the consequences?
