Sir,
one of my client is very poor. he can hardly afford to go to supreme court against an order of high court. pl suggest the name of lawyer who is low cost or can support free of cost if possible at delhi
Pl do the needful at earliest sir by providing his mail and contact number.

Can any Government employee join in a Society as a President or Secreatary or Treasurer or member, Which Society was Registered under the Societies Registration Act before the Registrar.

an employer has submitted his resignation in 2006 and in 2009 he received a
letter from the company stating that remitting his liquid damages is hereby deemed to be relieved of his service. in spite of his request many times seeking relieving order experience certificates and other benefits the company has not responded till now, now that he wants to join the company is it possible. this is a public sector company...

Whether factory registration may be granted to multiple factories occupied by distinct legal entities without facility of separate entry and exit. The different factories will use passage/ common facilities area on sharing basis with the factory owning the common premises. What will be the position of different parties vis factory owning the premises in compliance of safety regulations in such situation in case any property or person is adversely effected in case of accident in any shared area.

Dear Sir,
I want to seek details and progress made by the official liquidator appointed in case of M/s Modistone Ltd which was Woundup by the High Court.
My father was the employee of Modistone limited who is awaiting compensation from the above company. Can you please advise as to how we can get upto date details of funds realised by the liquidator by disposing the assets of company (if any), other appropriate steps taken by him and how it is applied towards payment of compensation of employees and workers.
Appreciate all that you can help.....

As PF is meant for retirement , asking subscribers to withdraw is not against the scheme.
Can a Government authority forfeit interest if PF is in operative beyond 36 months?
Banks pay intestest even though the accounts are inoperative?
Has any one chllaenged this amendment?

I am working in a private firm for last 2 months, but till date no appointment letter has been handed over. I had taken 2 leaves in these 2 months, and now a policy has been circulated saying that any leave will be caused for salary deduction and sunday will not be treated as holiday the person has not worked 5 days in a week. please suggest if this comes under any leave policy of LLP company

Presently I am serving in BSF(MHA). I select as constable fit in 1997 but deptt. dono't issue order to joining. Then I lodge petition in H'nble High Court. Then deppt. issue order to join me in 2000 on the base on 1997(Order by Court). But deppt. pay facility from 2000 which should be pay from 1997 because in this case totally fault of deptt. If deptt. call me in timely I able to join. I Want to getting facility (All) since 1997, it's possible? If yes, tell me How? PLS GIVE ME ANSWER –Binod- goswamibk00@gmail.com.

CERTAIN EMPLOYEES/LABOURS WHO TOOK VRS AND LATER REJOINED THE SAME ORGANISATION ON THE REQUEST OF MANAGAMENT, WHAT BENIFITS CAN THEY CLAIM FROM MANAGEMENT? CAN MANAGEMENT DIRECTLY ENGAGE THE EXEMPLOYEES AS CONTRACT LABOUR AND CURTIAL THIER BENIFITS? ALSO IF THE EXEMPLOYEES ENGAGE IN CORE WORK OF THE ORGANIZATION WILL THEY BE TREATED AS PERMANENT EMPLOYEES AND LASTLY CAN THEY BE TERMINATED WITH OUT PRIOR INTIMATION? IF SO, THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE IMPLICATION AND CONSEQUENCE IF HE IS A PRINCIPLE EMPLOYEER AND ALSO IF HE IS A CONTRACTOR?
