Dear Sir
my younger Brother doing job in a multiplex company in NCR from 6 years but till date he not got any upper post pramotion & His salary
not efficience according to serving time limits .his post is former entry label which contenious till date .we are worried his serving condition his instead service record is good.but would not pramote any upper post
& nothing increment his salary efficiency.when his co-worker get pramote more then before time with his time .what he doing for this matter.

In my earlier company I had signed a Bond for under going technical training for one of company's product from USA. The bond was for a duration of 2 years and Rs 3,00,000. And I have left the company when only 6 months of my bond completion duration was left.
The company has charged me for Rs 3,00,000/- and I had already paid this amount. Can I do anything about it.

My salary of 3 months was on hold with my employer, an MNC. After my salary was processed in 4th month payroll as arrears I did not receive any payslips for the previous 3 months, not even a Null Slip. I reported to work during those 3 months. The HRs are saying that as no salary was processed for those months that time, no pay slips were generated. hence can not be issued.
Is the organization liable to employee for those payslips? Can I take a legal action for not issuing payslips even though I was a part of the organization. And also in Form 16 no value is reflecting for those 3 months. Could someone please suggest a way?

There is a case going on in the high court of delhi from since 2005 regarding Pay scale of Pharmacists as per the 5th CPC but till date the same is not finalised. the 6th CPC also never looked into the 5th CPC anomoly and rectified our pay scales. Now I want to file a case for the same to achieve w.e.f. 01.01.1996, is ti a delay and on what all ground can I file the case and can I file directly in the supreme court under SLP for early disposal and benefits, please advice.

Can the office authority investigate any document which is unsigned and claim it is submitted by me.
If no, what are the remedial measures available to me as the office authority is vindictive and has an ulterior motive to punish me even on flimsy context as they are claiming that circumstantial evidence proves that it was submitted by me and trying to frame charges under rule 16 of CCS (CCA) rules.

1. I have availed LTC and travelled to a place and had also availed the leave encashment for LTC.
2. But due to some reason I did not submit any LTC claim thereby making my journey my personal one and refunded the entire amount of LTC advance money paid to me but not the leave encashment amount .
3. Is the leave encashment automatically be recovered for not availing LTC or I have to mention to my office that I wish to refund it.

Dear Sir,
I am a Banker. 4 officials have committed a small fraud of Rs. 33,000/-. But only one official was suspended and other 3 were let off.
Is it not discriminatory as the other 3 were not even called for enquiry.
Is there any resolved case in the Hon'ble High Court. If so could u give me the recital please.

Dear Sir, I was working in the mnc company as contract employee.The company did not provide me ESI benefit. I was covered under ESI act .my salary was Rs 13500. Due to non availabilty of esi ,i admitted my father to private hospital for heart surgery. Pls let us know can i claim the amount to the company through filing a case in labour court.As there was the mistake of the company

Eligible for gratuity
I just want confrim that i have join a company on 8th of April 2008 and my last day of working was 15th of Dec 2012 that is 4 year ,8 month and 8 days including the end date. therefore as per judgement of honorable Supreme Court . Is am eligible for the gratuity as of now.
