Dear Sir,
I have resigned from an organisation in 2010, where i was working as a contractual employee. I started working there from 2006. And during my tenure i worked under two contractors (Teamlease and Mafoi). Teamlease was depositing PF in Bangalore and Mafoi was depositing in Mumbai. I was resigned in short notice as I got a good opportunity. I ddnt withdrawn my PF till date.
my query is, can i get the PF amount without the help of previous employer( i know the PF number)

I am a government employee and by mistake i get membership of political party AAP 01 month before from the road side counter of the party. Now i am realising my mistake. Can this mistake create a serious problem for my job? i have not attended any meeting and protest of that party. What the next step i should follow?

MY FRIEND WORKING IN A LTD COMPANY THE EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY PUT A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY YET COMPANY TERMINET THE SOME EMPLOYEE SO PLZ SUGGEST ME AND HIM WHAT WE CAN DO AND COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE ANY TERMINATION LETTER JUST ONLY ORAL COMMUNICATION.

i have resigned my job because of the sickness of the unit in last year march 2013. because of the financial position they still not settle my pf, salary, gratuity, bonus extra. already i have file a case against them in labor court in the last month. now i came to know he planned to sell all the assets shortly. if they wind up the unit, i am not able to get the amount. can i have rights to file a suit for stay against the sale proceeds in roc and court because it is a pvt ltd co.

I just want to know that what happens when a government employee can't attend the republic day ceremony? Specially when he is responsible for the ceremony.

Dear All,
Please confirm the following calculations for Gratuity is correct or not.
Last Drawn salary /26 * 15* Number of Years in service.
I am sure it was correct till Oct'12 however there is amendment to Gratuity Act in Nov'12 by changing the 15 days to 30 days but not sure date of effect and status for FY 2013-14.

Dear Experts,
I had work with one fertilizers company as a Accountant, while joining service company made service agreement which includes after resignation you will not work in similar company at least 5 years. Company force me to give me resignation and now i am getting job in fertilizer company but first company issue letter me that i have not do work in similar company at least five year. please suggest what can i do. As any company hire employee who has a experienced in similar company,

I would like to know that what is the criteria of exclusion of obc certificate due to creamy layer to a candidate. What is the meaning of Annual Income. and whose annual income is included in it. If the candidate women and is married then is her husband's annual income is included or not.
