Hi,
I am working with an MNC in gurgaon and I was forced to sign 2 bonds with my company. The first bond was for 2 years and i have served the company for 2 years as I travelled to US from the company. However, i was forced to sign the 2nd bond incase i wanted to get promoted in the company. I denied signing it but at that time i had no job and ended up signing the bond. Now, I am not getting promoted and I have to leave the job as my family and in-laws are against night shifts or BPO jobs. I am eldest child and i dont have a father, hence i am taking care of my family. I have to agree to this decision of getting married but the company is forcing me to either pay them the bond money or stay with organization. I cant stay due to my marriage and as i am not that financially strong so can't even pay the bond. But this is unfair as i am not even taking the promotion. This company will spoil my career if I won't get my experience/relieving letter for being with them for more than 2 years. Please help as I really need my experience so that in future i can atleast work in some different organization in day job.

Good evening. I have been working as a lecturer in a polytechnic from past 7 and half years. On 9th of this month they terminated me saying you are a access staff and less admission in the college. They did not give me even a notice. There was no break in the service since appointment and I was getting PF facility also. But they did not give me appointment order while appointing, but they gave appointment order to AICTE and I have the soft copy of the same. Also they gave less than AICTE basic pay to me during these period. Now can I fight against this? Please advice me.

sir,i am a contract engineer in a PSU.According to the contract conditions ,i am elligible to be paid conveyance amount which i spent in performance of duties.My seniors are denying me this and forcing me to take conveyance below my entitlement.can i approach labour department or seek RTI for this..Please advice

I would like to engage the private security gurads in my office establishment. please let me know the latest act applicbale for this in Maharashtra and do i need to register with the regulatory authority for this as a principal employer. if so, to whom should i approach for the registration. Respected sir,
I am working in govt. organisation as scientific assistant in group c with GP 2400 and presently in probational period.
But before joining this services i had applied for other job also and in this regard i had intimated my current organisation.
I intimated 30 days after joining and after a duration of one month i got new govt. job as scientific asst.in other department with GP 4600, i have to under go training for 2 years.so, My Quarries are :
1. should i have to under go notice period before resignation in current organisation?
2. Since i will be in tanning for 2 years in new job ,there after they will give me appointment but i will need to sign bond before training So,Is this bond can be shown to my current organisation for resignation?
3.what procedures more i had to follow before resignation and joining new govt. job?
Kindly suggest me.

I work in a govet school under delhi administration as a hindi teacher.
there is one colleague who passes personal comments on my dresses that they are too fashionable for a teacher to wear(i wear salwar suits),on my jewellery on my kajal,on me applying nailpolish,etc.many teachers in my school come daily in anarkalis,jeans with kurti,high heels,open hair,long earrings,etc etc.but she never criticises them becoz they are her frenz.
she also interferes and tries to put my views down when i'm having a conversation with any teacher even though it's none of her business.
after school,we use the same cab to reach our homes.
its too hot in delhi summers.she always occupies the front seat (which is comfortable)so that i cant sit there by reaching slightly before school bell rings.i have a health issue becoz of which i need to sit at the front seat so that i can stretch my legs.talking to the driver doesnt help since he too fears her.
likewise there are many more incidents where she does or says things that trouble me or defame me.but she does them so subtly that nobody knows.
for example once i was wearing a neon shade salwar suit.
on the same day in our cab she said that she hates neon colours because they irritate her eyes.on questioning her,she fought that she was talking generally.
i am facing deep anxiety due to her bullying behavior.
i have tried to reason with her many times but she's too quarrelsome.
i tell principal but she does not take my complaint seriously and tells me to take a transfer.
now what am i to do?please dont suggest me a transfer.

Dear Sir,
I worked for a pvt. Ltd. travel company in Gurgaon for about 7 months. I left the company because the employer suddenly said that we had huge expenses and therefore we cannot pay your salary. I left company in March 2014. I have a offer letter, a relieving certificate with mention of salary, various communications to prove that i worked for this company till last date, but do not have a Appointment letter.
The company needs to pay me about Rs. 2,00,000/- as my salary and other dues. I have sent them emails for follow up on my salary and 3 notice by email.
Kindly suggest the recovery method. Since i have no funds, I cannot take expensive options. I will be very thankful to you if you can help me with your expert suggestions. Regards H. Singh

Dear Sir
I hv been under suspension from Sep,2008.
The vigilance manual says if the case is not decided within 12 months the case has to be in favour of the official and posting be given to him.
The Bank has violated all the norms of manual for conducting disciplinary proceedings.
Could U suggest me one senior counsel who had been part of the Banking Service, now retired but practicing at the court of Law.
Who is also well versed with the Banking Vigilance Manual.
The counsel must be from Karnataka.

I worked with a company said Quatrro Gloabal Services. When I left this company I asked them for their notice period they said it is not required. Now, They are not paying my salary and they say you did not serve notice for 60 days. I need help.
