I was working in PSU insurance company. I was served charge sheet in June 2013 for loss of pay for 380 days. I was on loss of pay for the period mentioned but it was spread over four years. I accepted the charge and replied on 05.08.2013 that all these LOP were taken for UPSC Exam preparation. I resumed my duties on 19.12.2013 and continued till the date of removal from service i.e. 19.09.2014, for a period of nine months. I was under an impression that since I am sincerely and regularly working the Disciplinary authority will consider this and impose a lighter punishment.
Do I have any ground to challenge against this order in court of law? A provision of appeal is with me. Can you guide me in preparing my appeal?

My brother is pa in central government (minstiry of defence) civilian employee he suffered paralytic action in 2009 and his left arm and leg is non functional,and as such not able to walk, now we have got disability certificate 60% .can he avail beneifits of disability like roadside office,wavier of biometric attendence, extra leave,double transport allowance etc , what other benefits he can get

Dear Sir,
I joined a PSU in the year 2009,august.After training completion I left the company in nov. 2010.I was on leave.I didn't resigned then.In year 2013,I sent my resignation,and in april 2014 they sent me a notice of one month salary.Then they would have proceeded further.As per their notice, I deposited one month salary and They accepted that in june 2014.Meanwhile I appeared in civil services exam,2014.I am going to write this year mains exam.Now my queries are-
1.how much time do they take for providing me that NOC.how would i get that information?
2.UPSC demands filling of form again for mains appearing candidates,something called DAF.there is a question in the form, where they demand my job experience.what is my job experience now? from 2009 to nov. 2010,when i actually served the company or from 2009 to june 2014,when my resignation was accepted,although I dont have NOC from the company.

Dear All Experts,
A Non Resident Indian (NRI) came to india on an Employment visa of a company.But after some time that company transferred him to serve another associate company and salary paid to him by the first Company.
Is is legal or not?

I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH A PVT.LTD COMPANY BASED AT MUMBAI.I WAS STATIONED AT HYDERABAD AND LOOKING AFTER SALES AND LOOKING AFTER HYDERABAD BRANCH.
ON 14-10-14 I HAD SEND BY RESIGNATION MY MAIL AND GIVING 45 DAYS NOTICE TO THE COMPANY AND SUBSIQUENTLY HAND WRITTEN RESIGNATION TO DGM AT CHENNAI.
ON 20-10-14 DGM CAME FROM CHENNAI AND TOOK CHARGE OF OFFICE BUT FORCED ME TO SIGN A DOCUMENT STATING THAT I HAD PUT MY PAPERS ON 1-9-14 AND THE DOCUMENT FURTHER STATED THAT I SHOULD NOT JOIN ANY COMPITATORS AND COMPANY MANIFACTURING SIMILAR PRODUCTS.
ALL THIS WAS DONE BECAUSE A SUM OF RS.70000.00 WAS TRANSFERED IN MY ACCOUNT TO GIVE IT TO C.A OF COMPANY AT HYDERABAD ON 17-12-13.I HAD DRAWN THE AMOUNT AND HANDED TO C.A IN CASH AND HE NEVER GAVE ME ANY RECIPT.IT WAS ALL INFORMED TO ACCOUNTS DEPT.BY MAILS BUT THEY NEVER RAISED A CREDIT VOUCHER AND CARRIED FARWARDED THE AMOUNT INTO NEXT F/Y.IT WAS HARESSMENT AND FORCEFULLY TAKEN MY SIGN ON DOCUMENT ON 20-10-14 BY DGM.
AS PER APPOINTMENT LETTER,THEY NEVER PAID BY L.T.A,BONUS,SALARY FOR THE MONTH OF SEP14,LOCAL CONVENCE OF SEP14 AND OCT.14.
I HAVE ALL MAILS SAVED IN MY PERSONALID.
PL.ADVICE HOW TO GO LEGALLY IF THEY DO NOT SETTLE MY ACCOUNT.THERE ARE CASES WERE THEY HAVE NOT SETTLED ACCOUNTS AFTER PEOPLE RESIGNING.(1 YEAR GONE BY.).
CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT IN HUMAN RIGHTS COMISSION ALSO.

Hi,
This is Amruth working in IT firm "AMBC Technologies pvt. Ltd" After working for 9 months I resigned my organization and servered the notice period and came out with clean exit.
They have paid the paritially amount of salary of my notice period and deducted 10days pay of mine without showing the proper reason. HR team and Accounts team are not giving proper answers for the same.
I am attaching my full & Final settle report here. Please advise how can I take action on these organization.

Dear Sir,
I am a GDSMD of Indian Poatal Department. A man from district head quarter of police came to my house and said your police verification is going on. He told me to ready some documents and call to him. I saw my file in his hand which i submitted to my office before joining. He also ask for rs 2000. But no case is held/pending against me. So that I do not wish to give him this money. Is that essential or not? If I deny to give this ammount, will it be harmfull to me in future? He gave his phone no to contact with him. What can I do please help me sir.

This is venkataramanan. Herewith this, I would like to know about how to file a case against a central govt. organisation.
I have written the exam for my respective post of Pharmacist. The exam was held on Aug 2014. The results were published and the selected candidates were joined by September. Before a week ago, they released the key for the written exam, held on August, along with the Question paper, in their official website. In that we have found around 15 wrong answers were found.
In this regard, I would like to know whether I have to make stay order or to ask for the revaluation of my marks, or wholesome revaluation of all hose who attended the examination.
If so, How much amount is needed to file a case or stay order in the High court.
Kindly provide me an expert advise from your side.
