Dear Experts
I have been selected in a Indian PSU company under ministry of Railways and got an offer latter, However I am asked to sign a bond of 5 years or 6 lac on a bond paper.
This is further said that the post is for freshers i.e. Scale E-0 with basic 12500/-(gross pay- 32,000)
This duration of 5 years or 6 lac seems too much for the said post when compared with other PSU where for Basic 16500(E-1) the bond duration is 2 years or 2 Lac.
What should I do and whether the above bond s legally enforceable in India ? as nothing justifies such big duration/amount.
I hope to get a quick response.
Thanks in advance

Hello everyone!
I am planning to start serving food to homes and offices from my home in Mumbai. Would be taking orders through Phone, Website, Mobile Apps, Social Media, etc and deliver home cooked meals.
I got a long list of 32 licenses required to open a restaurant in Mumbai. However I believe that serving from home would not need so many of them! Can someone please help me in shortlisting the ones which I ought to have?
In anticipation of getting some help from the forum,
- Rohit

Hello,
I had resigned in my current company in Dec. 2014 and I have to serve notice period of 3 months.
Now that is after 2 months, HR has replied that my resignation is not accepted.
I am serving the notice period of 3 months and I have bond of 3 years which states that if I am leaving my company before 3 years, I have to pat certain amount.
In my resignation letter, I had mentioned that I am ready to pay bond amount.
When I had one to one discussion with HR, he said he cant relieve be as I have signed a bond and if I leave he wont give a relieving letter.
Please let me know what should I reply to HR.
HR did not accept the resignation just as a reason not to give me a reliving letter in future if I take legal action????
From my side, I am going by rules. Actually no notice period was mentioned on my offer letter, still I am serving 3 months and also ready to pay bond.
Please help me on this matter.
Thank you

Respected Sir
I am a project staff, working since ten years in a government project & now overage to apply for another job. Many of my colleges jointly filed court case for regularisation base on sham on contract(my employer threatened me to terminate that's why I am not involved).
my questions are..
1.is it possible to join them after some court hearings ? if yes, what's procedure ?
2.whether I can take benefit of/use the judgement (if favourable),
is it applicable to all contract staff?
if not, then the time limit to file petition?

He has persuaded to me and I believed to him. After some conversation he told me tha t I will need to deposit amount Rs 15000/- in favour of visa and other arrangement. I argued for same and by his way of talking it seemed that his deal was looking fair. He promised to arrange final interview with his HR faculty. He told me that he will arrange interview within 2-3 days after forwarding my resume to their HR management.
Now I am asked to deposit Rs 25000/- again for security amount of company. In my first conversation he had not informed that I will have to deposit again some amount. Now when I am asking refund my money he has declined for that. Now after all this happened I feels that I am cheated by that agent or company whatever.

Withdrawl of suspension after 90 days.
Supreme Court has given a decision that an employee can not be kept on suspension beyond 90 days if no charge-sheet is served. Is it applicable to State Bank of India? Can an aggrieved person go to court under PIL as it is of common interest to several suspended persons in different Bank?Whether one should approach Supreme Court directly or move to High Court?
