Hi,
I left Company "X" on July and came to Out of country. I'm yet to join Company "Y" which is client of company "X". Now Company "X" threatening to file a case against me since I have signed an unsolicited agreement with them for not to join client less than 2 years. Please suggest what should I do.

I came to Kenya after formally leaving my previous company last month and yet to join the new Company which is customer of previous Organization. Now my previous Organization threatening to file a case against me since I have signed a normal undertaken not to join client directly for 2 years. Please suggest what should I do at this scenario?

I am working as a computer clerk in a private unaided CBSE school in haryana since 2009. In 2013 I was terminated by manager and I get stay from high court and I am still on duty on stay. From 2013 they stopped my increments and in 2015 I am getting same salary as in 2013. But my colleague have given 2000 rs. Increments every year.
So how I get increment.
Please suggest me

My name is Akshay Kumar, currently located in Nagpur , residing in Maharashtra from the last 14 years & need some relevant solution on the way forward on this issue.
I have completed 10th and 12th standard from CBSE in 1999 & 2001 falling under Ajmer Regional Office and was then named as “ Paritosh Kumar”.
In 2007, I had changed my name from “ Paritosh Kumar” to “Akshay Kumar” in Maharashtra & declared in the Maharashtra Gazette, along with 2 newspapers ( one local & national each – originals available ) by following the true process.
Since then, all my identities like passport, pan card, driving license, visas have been made on the new name i.e. Akshay Kumar.
In my current organization, I am working with the new name i.e. Akshay Kumar since 2007 & now I need to get the marksheets and certificates with the correct name printed on mark sheets since I have got another job offer & serving notice period currently.
Graduation mark sheets, till date, also reflect as “Paritosh Kumar” as the name change was done by my parents during graduation, hence the college said not to change the name in the interim of the course & do that later, which could never happen till date.
As a consequence, I am unable get the name changed on my graduation mark sheets too because as per college/university, until the correct name reflects on the HSC & SSC mark sheets, they are unable to consider the application.
I agree that the timelines have already passed & I am very late to come up with this issue to get addressed but since we have been out of state for so long, we never knew that the processes are changing and getting stricter to make the name changes happen. Part of the problem was there was no issue in getting hired in the current company also since they dint really question about that aspect, that’s how its been in the grave for 8+ years & now cropping up suddenly.
Today, I have no way to feel secure in a job because my marksheets have different name & my new name is reflecting everywhere including all personal details like passport, pan card , work experience, house loan etc.
It’s like living with dual identities which is very dangerous & promises lifelong hardships.
Today, CBSE says nothing can happen after 15 years ( I don’t disagree but can’t sacrifice my future because of the lack of vision of potential issues )
PS –I know I have woken up late but this needs to be solved..Pls advise if you may , with a solution oriented message with possibilities. Appreciate your reverts in advance.

Hello experts,
I am currently working with one of the listed companies. At time of joining i have been provided 2 copies of a joining letter by company duly signed by HR head one for my record and sencod was needed to be returned back by me to the hr post my signture. But i have never subitted the copy of the same. I have already spend amost 10 months in the company and now if i leave the company without serving the notice will i be responsible for paying notice or shifting charges which company usually ask to pay if you leave company within one year

my client's husband has been shot dead on 27/10/2007,he was at the post of JE in jharkhand and I'm his 2nd wife our marriage is registered and his first wife has died before our marriage left behind her 2 major sons both are also engineer in a private firm.my husband had not been nominated me in his service book in his life time.there is no dispute between me and my step sons and i have decided our proportion in retirement benefits and death claims too but office of my husband made so called dispute and said to produce succession certificate and against it she has been filed a writ petition in hon;ble HC Jharkhand in 2009 please can she get retirement benefits without succession certificate

I have signed an agreement while joining the job. It is for 1 year but, due to some health issue I left the job after 1 month.

I joined an MNC 4 months back,first 3 months was quite normal but by 4th month they started toturing me without any reason, they tries to mentally disturbing me due to that i got ill and had lots of complications,like i feel weakness my platelets got down, i mailed all the reports to my boss, but the behaviour is same. Kindly let me know that what shoul i do?

Sir,
I worked in a company in Hyderabad for a month ..since my health did not permit and also due to my family position, I came back to Chennai.. I had sent a formal e mail to my HR and manager that I am resigning due to ill health and cannot service the notice period or travel or stay there due to my health .. My manager called me today and told me that if I do not serve the notice period , they will take legal action against me .. I checked in the offer letter and this clause is there .. But my question is .. this process is a new one and by the time I get relieved, they would not even have the process in India !!!.. there is no use keeping me and training me as I would leave before the process goes live. Can I contest them if they file a legal case against me .. I can get a doctor certificate for my back spasm but it does not require hospitalization .. Please advice
