My case despised off by CAT chandigarh. I want to appeal in high court. What is the time limit for file appeal in high court ?

RESPECTED SIR,
I was promoted on dated 26-11-2014 notionally w.e.f 16-02-2011 from GP 2800 to GP 4200.
My office has fixed my new pay from 25-11-2014. I have given an undertaking to my office that I will not claim any arrears. Sir, in my view that my pay shall be fixed from 16-02-2011. Kindly guide me.

An employee was working in private organisation as permanent employee and working in sub office at State A. The Head office is located at State B and inquiry was also held at State B where the Disciplinary Authority passed order of dismissal from Head Office. My query is that where should employee file case in Labour court at State B where the Head office is located or at State A where the employee was presently working in sub office. Further can employee file case in Labour Court where he resides. Please advice.

If anyone working in a Govt org selected for other Govt. job without possessing NOC from the previous employer, what is the procedure to join others.If putting technical resignation with one month's notice, before joining the second org is sufficient?

teacher is suspended without seeking permission of Dy Director education.
Dy. Director ordered suspension is illegal. and asked to reinstate teacher.
management refused to reinstate. and continued with inquiry .
in the eyes of law is this inquiry illegal?

Kindly advice the following case.
"A" Company(subsidiary Company) in India paid salary to non resident as employee ( Employer & Employee Relationship). Such Employee getting part of his salary from parent company(Holding company) in out of country as per policy of holding company.
Now my question. If whole salary of employee to be paid by domestic company. impact in taxation point of view and legal.
will expect your valuable advice.

Dear Sir,
I (Sahil Sood), is working in HDFC AMC Ltd. and I am hired through
Randstad my job roll is off roll. I receive quarterly incentive on
basis of the sales which is done in quarter. On the day of joining I
received call from HR department of HDFC AMC Ltd. that I will be
receiving incentive of all previous quarters but not of that quarter
in which I am resigning. I put my resignation on Nov 2, 2015 and now
company is refusing me to pay incentive of July - September quarter as
they are saying its our HR policy, if its mentioned in their HR policy
they have not stated me neither in my offer letter nor verbally. Even I had excel file of incentive to be received as its has been sent by company official person to me which is due of previous quarter
Please kindly provide my direction what should be done to get my
rightful money back.

Sir, I met with accident while driving four wheeler a year ago a bike rider come from wrong side and collided with codriver side in medical report alcohol was found in bike rider. I evacuate him to hospital. After few days I came to know that they have filled case u/s 279 337 338 against me. I attended the hearing twice but nobody from applicant side attended. Sir will there any problem if I get govt job while case is in court
