Hello Sir,
I was working at a company called Vrisini infotech from Jun '15. At beginning they promised me a salary of 35,000 per month. After 1.5 months they paid me only 8000. At the end of 2 month they paid me another 8000. After 2.5 months they asked me to leave immediately and said they will clear my dues by Aug '15. But till now they haven't cleared my dues and they are telling me "can you prove that you were an employee of vrisini". How can i take action against them ? I have email from company MD that i have joined vrisini and i am their employee.

Dear Sirs,
Kindly advice as follows-
1.Before shutting down our unit,One month notice to all permanent employees is enough as well as concerned govt. offices ?
2.As per ID act @15 days x completed year is payable to employees while their full & final payments ?
3.As One who is completed 4 years & we are going to pay his full & final ,what should be his gratuity as five years is not completed but he is asking for it ?
3.We have an Internal union ,some of workers have completed 17 years & their average age are 40 years,then 18 years are remaining of their services,what will be right calculation.

I was an employee or HCL technolgies( Noida sec126) from Oct 2011 till Sept 30,2015
I resigned on 2nd July ,served a notice peroid of 90 days
Before i resigned my annual appraisal ratings were closed by my manager and i got good ratings ,per those ratings i was eligible for 100% annual Bonus ( which is paid during aug/sept every year), my HR told me that i will get the same in my full and final settlement. Now when i got my F&F ,bonus was missing from it .I raised a complaint with HCL HR and they surprised me that my annual ratings were very por and i am not eligible for Annual bonus
I have screenshots of all my ratings for 2015 ,which says that my perormance was very good but now HCL is harrsing me and has blocked my Bonus ( 123000 INR) , i have written 8 emails to HCL and my last 2 mails have been to HC head but have not got ay answer
I would like to explore ligal options now ,can anyone suggest me something ie what should i do as i feel chaeated and harrased by HCL

Hello
My name is Naveen Bhandari, recently I left a proprietorship firm where I was working since 1.6 years. The problem is they did not pay my October month salary to me. I informed him on 16 oct verbly that i will leave the in 15-20 days. but unfortunately on 25 oct 15 my leg had been dismental when i was playing cricket. So i told him that it will take time and i will have to left the job but instead of that he forced me to come and finalise the account. After few days i go to office and worked for 4 days before diwali and i left and informed. As I asked him to pay the salary after Diwali he said to me that u did not finalize the account properly, and then he said that he will not pay the salary. Do whatever u want to do?
so I filed the case in labor court
Am I right in this?

Dear Sir,
I am working in Tamilnadu state government. I have applied to a central government job after requesting to NOC and asking permission from the government(in writing). Till now there is no reply from the government. Whether Technical resignation is available for Tamilnadu government employees?
I have no loans, no disciplinary case, no case against me. Please give suggestions in this regard.......

I resigned my job 8 monthsback
I applied for Pf. it's already 4 months past. I asked local office details of pf submission, they simply saying your application was sent to gurgaon head office.
and the pf website is showing no records of submission. I asked local office give me the head office mail ID and phone No. they are not giving any of details. they simply escaping from the matter. what to do? pl advise me whom I have to approach.

Hi ,
I was worked in a company around 8 months after that i resigned because of MD not wants me to continue, after that i follow up the company to clear my Salary and F&F. they cleared my salary 2 months after. my F&F partialy released by company after 5 months and the balance amount still not paid by the company . the pending period is more than one year. what can i do against company.

I worked in a company for 9years during my service company has provided me a loan of rs. 4.48lakh interest free loan by executing a agreement in the stamp paper. And taking sale deed of our house which is in the name of my father. The Employer removed me from the company by forcing me to write a resignation and told they will notice period amount. Now they r not doing my settlement. Now they r telling that the loan which they have given to me is not granted by management. Hence I need to bear the cost of interest which company has lost. The loan which I have taken has been repaid every month by cash for 3years and balance cash of rs. 1.34lakh took from my father and repaid. And took back our sale deed. My father arranged the money from local finance and now the finance people is not providing any proof for the amount to us. Loan taken in 2010 and closed in 2013. Kindly help me to draft a mail. The Co. Asked the following questions.
What is reason for sourcing the high value for closing the loan?
How did my father generate this money?
If your father is generating this what need for taking money from Co.
My answer.
Manager who granted the loan told to close the loan. Hence we arranged the money and repaid.
My father was depositing money in local chits fund. And chit amount withdrawn and paid. The chit fund people not providing any proof for the same and destroyed because is 2013.
We have constructed a house for that we took hand loan from our relatives. We were unable to repay the the amount. Then requested our Co. Manager. They also agreed and granted me loan.
Kindly help me to correct and draft a mail.

I worked in an organisation for 14 year, but after 4 years of my tenure I left the company in March 2005 and joined other company worked there for 3 months and rejoined my previous organisation in June 2005 and then left the organisation in October 2015
Considering above situation I want to ask if Im still eligible to get gratuity for 14 years

Can i sue my employer for loss of service?
I work in one of the PSU banks in India. Due to some medical reasons, I remained absent from service from May 06, 2014. In January 2015, I wrote a letter to the bank citing reasons for my absence and expressed my desire to resume duty. The bank issued a showcause letter for not informing them and allowed me join office. However, due to separate medical reasons I was not in a position to resume office and I asked for extension of leave on medical grounds. On May 18, 2015, when I was fully fit, I went to the bank for resumption of duty. However, I was not allowed to join and I was just told that my case has been referred to Head Office. After a gap of four months, the bank decided to go for a medical board to ascertain whether my claims are genuine and whether I am fit enough to resume duty. The said medical board was conducted in September and the board referred the case to a hospital in state capital. After that the bank decided to conduct fresh medical board in a government medical college in the state capital in the month of September - October. After, two rounds of sitting, the medical board has declared me fit and I am still waiting for letter from bank to join service.
Assuming that bank will allow me join office in next few days, can I ask for compensation for the loss of service since May 18, 2015, as my claim of medically fit was endorsed by the medical board. what I feel is that the bank could have allowed me join office and could have conducted medical board thereafter if they were in any kind of doubt.
I request you to kindly advise me regarding my legal options.
