Hello sir.
I have been selected in railway job as class c employe in march 2016.
I am undergoing training.
But few day back my native Police station people has called for Police verification.
I have visited the station. In course of enquiry Police people told that a closed case crpc 107 in 2009 is there in your name and sent me from Police station.
Kindly advise me this will affect my appoinment since I have not filled about this matter in previous attestation form while submitting to railway.
As my passport verification was done in 2013 with the same Police station and Police people dint said about this case crpc 107. So I have not filled in railway attestation form.
Please advice me. What I should do further and possibe solution.
Really I dont understand what is this crpc 107 means. I have not involved in any cases previous.

I was worked 5.11years in same contract is this eligible for gratuity from March 2007 to January 2013. Bangalore location

I AM A CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEE UNDER THE MINISTRY OF POWER (MoP), I AM POSTED IN NTPC LTD(CPSU)UNDER THE MoP SCHEME "Hands-on-exposure/Field Posting of Central Power engineering (Group-A) Service (CPES) Officers of Central Electricity Authority (CEA) in the Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) / Other organizations "
IN THIS SCHEME it has been stated that the officer will continue to draw his salary during the three year period of hands-on-exposure/field posting from MoP/CEA and only the benefit of Housing, Medical facilities and other allowances, as admissible to similarly placed officers of the concerned organization may be provided, if the officer opts for the same. I have already intimated my opinion to NTPC Ltd.
NTPC Ltd ,intimated detail terms and condition of the posting under above scheme in which "no deputation duty allowance shall be paid to him by NTPC. Further as per extant terms of DPE guidelines, he shall not be entitled to allowances and incentives / performance related pay in NTPC".
THEREFORE YOU ARE REQUESTED KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Well I have a proprietor firm nd I did all the registration in the 2008 including of epf and esic..on 2016 January I stopped my work completely due to some reason and I want to keep my firm active but at the same time I want to close epf and esic registration.. is it possible that we can run the firm smoothly after surrendering epf and esic?

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I am working with a central govt. PSU, from last 3 years & 3 months, suddenly yesterday, they have communicated that youer contract period ending on 30th june, will not be renewed & you should look for another job. No any reasons has been given, Company's COO has said that we have excess manpower now.Suddenly, from where the question of extra manpower comes?
I am a married man with my wife pregnant, where will I go now at this condition. What's the Labour law says in such case & how to protect my job. As, I am working at Management profile of HR Officer. Pl. help what to do, to whom to approach, what should be the legal course in this regard, as they have renewed the contract of other 7 peoples, but not mine.
