Sir,
In the final year of Graduation(Regular) I joined Central Government Service. Sir I passed Graduation also with the prior permission from my department and included my Degree in Service Book also. Now I got to know that my attendance was short during the final year of graduation. But as my College has issued admit card I appeared after getting permission of employer.
Now I want to give graduation base competitive exams. Will it create any problem later. And what should I say in interview if asked about the same. Please help me sir.

Case was heard before conciliation officer who forwarded with his recommendation for sanction before the LC which is awaited for months due to employer having strong approach. As per ID Act Amendment 2010 can I file case before Labour Court directly and what is the procedure as presently due to no job my income dried up. Please advice.
Dear All,
Can a disciplinary proceeding be initiated by serving charge sheet without serving a show cause notice/explanation before the service of the charge sheet? Can any body give some case reference, preferably from SC?
Thanking you all,
with regards
Pradeep

Respected Sir/Madam
My wife is doing Government Job as a Junior Scale Steno typist around 20 years in the State of Punjab. Her Head of the Department is saying that I will conduct a Test of Stenography and whosoever secure merit in the test the Seniority shall be granted accordingly as Senior Scale Stenographer/Junior Scale Stenographer. Some Stenographers (Not Junior Scale Stenographers) who are joined the department recently and are far far junior to my wife shall also appear in the said test. They are more efficient and shall definitely secure merit. Which means that the length of service of my wife shall be ignored as the employees Junior to her shall be promoted to Senior Scale. The HOD said that I shall conduct the test after one month, as I am giving fair chance to all to polish stenography skill.
Sir/Madam my question is whether this act of HOD is legal ? if not then what to do ?
I am working in a private company. The company has not given me joining letter. What is its legal effect? What shall i do in such case.
Please tell me.
Thank you.

i am.workin in wipro BPO since 4th sept 2012. before this i had work experience from two companies.
1) enser communication from 14th dec 2010 - 31st march 2012.
2) greenpoint global from 1st june 2012 -31 st july 2012.
so now the verification of my first company is thru however my wipro.HR has concerns about my 2nd company where i worked for two months.
during my joinin in wipro in 2012 all the verificatiin formalities were thru, now suddenly again they asked me to submit all the docemts for verifiation. so as it has been three years now i told thrm i can provide bank statememt for the verification purpose.
so here my first company verification was thru and for greenpoint global i faintly rembered the date of joining so i wrote in bgv form 14th april 2012 to 30th june 2012 instead of 1st june 2012-31st july 2012. but i did provided bank statememt that backps up as it shows sal receivedfor jun and july. now employer is sayin why did i said doj was april instead of june. i explained tjat was in error however i did submitted bank statememt along with this.if this would have been deliberate i would not have submitted bank statement.
please suggest what should i do and how should i tackle this situation as i do not have the releivimg letter for greenpoint global onlyhave sal statement which i have submitted.
the only issue is mistakenly i wrote.doj to be 14april 2012- 30th june 2012 imstead of 1stjune 2012 - 31st july 2012.

based on a sc judgment on rounding of service so as to make a person eligible for service pension,a similarly placed person, requested the same central govt,ie,indian Navy for granting him too the pension.however,Navy has rejected his claim stating that, the sc judgment is applicable only to that person, who secured the judgment. Now what are the options.
1) can he approach the HC of his jurisdiction quoting the sc judgment, for pension
2) should he also approach the sc,stating that,he is also similarly placed, same dept and same period of service?
the person is at present ,71 years old and met me as a social worker for guidance.
expecting some guidance from experts on the above, including any other easy/speedy solution

Hello,
I am a Central Govt. employee and I have been invited by a foreign university to their campus for four days. The visit is regarding pursuance of my higher studies there if I am selected. I have to book my flight but they say that they will reimburse my flight tickets. The boarding and lodging will be provided by them. THis is a totally private visit and my government work has nothing to do with it.
Therefore, I want to ask that being a Central govt employee, can I go on a fully paid private foreign visit? I will be taking permission from my office to travel. Is there any rule which the Establishment section of my office can later show so as to prevent me from going abroad?
Please help. I need it urgently.
Thanks
