Dear Sir,
My Query is,
I got recently married and Currently myself and my wife are working in gov. of india, with in same department with different units.
We both are posted at, myself in visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and my wife in Mumbai.
1. Can i apply for transfer at my office to be transferred to Mumbai?
2. Can my wife also give a request letter to my office for my transfer?
3. Is there any legal base for me or my wife to ask my transfer with my department?

Dear sir,
Company is asking for resign of my friend ( without any reason ) say financial problem of the company after his 7 years of service and giving 3 month salary.but if he refuse to resign then the company will terminating him and his termination latter says due to business purpose they are terminating you .
1) The question is can company can terminate any employee on this basis.
2) only 3 month salary ,graduaty, pf is sufficient after termination.
3) is employee can get compensation from company .
4) why company not give VRS

I have served health service for continuous 32 years and now want to resign.will I be entitled for pension, gratuity benefit and can I also withdraw my gpf subscription

Dear sir , I am working in private company , past 10 month ESIC Amount is deducted from my salary .But employer failed or neglected to pay ESIC. Now it is showing not entitled to a benefit . Already informed about this matter to Employer . Still they are not replied properly . 1.what is next step I can take.? 2. Where should I compliant about this ? Please provide solution for legal process

Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I am going to purchase a flat amounting to Rs. 28,50,000/- in Punjab and getting home loan from PNB Housing Finance, Chandigarh. The relationship office of PNB Housing Finance has demanded a cheque amounting to Rs. 3540/- & DD 8260/- and another DD Rs. 1770/- in favour of PNB Housing finance and demanded cash Rs. 800/- for signature agreement form of PNB and also attestation from Notary Public. I have paid the money to Relationship officer of PNB for the purpose of processing fee and flat valuation.
The Bank has valued 115 sq. foot flat amounting to Rs. 28,50,000/- and registering the Flat amounting to Rs. 20 lacs in joint name with 5% stamp duty in Punjab. But I was intimated that Rs. 1,00000/-as stamp duty and Rs. 44,000/- with 2% another expenses. I do not know how to calculate the actual money for Registration of document in Punjab.
I do not know what is the processing fee of flat valuation of PNB and how I calculate how much money is required for registration of flat.
Please guide me so that I avoid from any fraud.

I have been working in a Central Government institution since 2010 in the pay scale of 15600-39100 (AGP - 6000) on contractual/temporary/ad-hoc basis. My contract is being renewed every three years/six months and on some occasions artificial gaps of 1/2 days are given. I am getting HRA/DA/TA and other allowances as per GOI rules. I would like to know:
1) If my employer is supposed to give me annual increment.
2) If I am entitled to Earn Leave. (At present I am only given 8/12 days casual leave in a year).
3) If I am entitled to EPF and contribution towards NPS
4) If my salary will be revised according to 7th CPC
Looking forward to your suggestions in this regard.

I have served bank 1 for almost 2 year and then i resigned from bank but considered it as absconding because i was unable to serve notice period, i have requested them to waive notice period but they do not agreed, i have asked i will serve but in the range of 200 kms feom my home and they still denied same. I have been charged money by bank for not serving notice period for full and final settlement and they have issued releiving letter in lieu of absconding. At present my HR asking for confirmation of letter that wheather same has been issued to me previous bank, the bank HR clearly deniyng that they have not issued any letter.
On the mean time i have joined another bank and releived from there properly but neither present HR understanding this issue which was happen 5 year back.

Respected Sir,
I am Dr Jadhav Vivekanand, MBBS MD in Microbiology from recognised Medical College i.e. B. J. Govt. Medical College and University i.e. University of Pune with 20 -22 years of Experience in the subject.
I had applied for the Post of Director, Pasteur Institute of vaccine production for Humans of India Coonoor which is autonomous body under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
1) In April 2016, --- 07 applications --- I was only eligible candidate but MoHFW had cancelled the advertisement
2) After that they found the candidate of their interest but with qualification which was M. V. Sc. (Doctor of Animals). So they changed /amended Recruitment
rules without any Notification
---on the Website of M o H&FW or
---- in the Gazette of India.
Uploaded the Circular without DATE and with added qualifications and experience
On further enquiry, Mr BL Meena, under Secretary M o H & F W stated that the post of Director, PII Coonoor was re-advertised on account of non-meeting the eligibility criteria and experience in the relevant field by the applicants---- Totally wrong.
3) I applied again in July 2017..
They accepted my application.
They called only 2 candidates for the interview on 24.11.2017 OUT OF 12 APPLICATIONS
If I was non-meeting the eligibility criteria and experience in the relevant field by the applicants, WHY THEY CALLED ME FOR INTERVIEW..
THEY ARE TELLING ABOUT THE NAME OF SELECTED CANDIDATE EVEN AFTER 90 DAYS..
I got the unofficial information that the doctor of animals has been selected and now file has gone for ACC Approval..
If this happens, then Vaccines for humans will be produced and monitored by a doctor of ANIMALS at the cost of some foul play in ministry...
Lives of children of India is at risk by such a hasty decision by Health Secretary of India
