Documents under Provident Fund Act

Dear Sir,

Up to how many years the documents under The Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1953 shall be maintained.

If any such provision is there, please prescribe the section accordingly.

Thanks for giving your valuable advise.

1.Please tell about the rule position of exemption of defense estblishments. if, any notification issued by the GOI in this regard and date of notification, as the ALC (C) is not co opreating with us.

2.Nowhere, in the ACT mentionted this exemption clause and where it was notified.

3.Please eduate me on the a/m points.

4. With out being registered ,if principal empolyeer issued form v, then any penal provisions attracted aganist the Govt est.(defense Est.)

Employment Bond Issue

I just finished my graduation and joined a company which had a bond for 2 Lakh for 2 years. I joined the company thinking everythings going to be fine.But now as i do not like the nature of job I want to quit. I'm getting really frustrated with the kind of work and unhappy.Do I have to bare it all just because i signed the bond.Moreover the company has not given me any training.

Kindly enlighten me regarding legal preposition in case a labourer who was direct employed for repair by a farmer in his field for some repairing work of his tubewell and later on died while working in well,is application us 12 of workmen compensation act is maintainable in this case.plz help

provident fund contribution

workman was terminated in 1981 and LC has reinstated him with full back wages in the year 1984. HC STayed the award on condition to deposit wages every month by 10the of every month. Petition dimissed for default. In compliance of award he was reinstted in 1999 . whethr he is entitled for recovery of employer share of contribution from the date of termmination till date of reinstatement. He has been paid back wages .

PF & ESI deduction on notice pay

Hello Experts,

I raised this discussion in the forum but have received contracting replies can aanyone guide me regarding this as to whether notice pay attracts PF & ESI deductions.
