Resignation without notice

I have resigned from my previous organisation without serving any notice period after working there for 4 months. Whereas my contract says that I need to serve 3 months notice. Now my previous employer has sent an email stating that I need to pay in lieu my notice period as stated in my appointment letter.

Is there any legal consequences? Can my previous employer enforce the clause mentioned in the appointment letter and I have to pay the money as mentioned in the email? I dont want the reliving letter or experience letter from that organisation as I have worked there only for 4 months.

Termination from service

Hi sir I'm working in private college from 2012 to till date before 2012 I worked other institution with same designation from July 2008 to Dec 2011. I got a offer from present college while I went as examiner from previous institution. According to there offer I joined in Jan 2012. Now present institution is ready to terminate from the service other than punishment termination. The reason behind the termination is Less admission in academic year and not bearing salary for the employees. So Management decide to cut 20% of employee salary every month. I'm not agree with this because every month bearing 20% salary is not easy and also i apply Home loan recently and still it's in process because of this I made personal request also not cut my salary every month instead of this I agree cut my contribution in vacation months. But they don't agree with my request and they orally inform abt termination if I'm not agree to cut 20% salary for next 10 months. So here by requesting that how can I solve this problem because my total service more than 10years right now my age is 33years easily I didn't get good job in other sector is there any provision to get compensation for this termination.

Compassionate ground appointment - karnataka govt

I was a B.Com. Graduate in 1996. My father, a regular employee in a State University in Karnataka expired on 03-02-1997 and I was appointed on Compassionate Grounds on 08-10-1997 to the post of Peon.
DPAR 100 SCA 1995 dated 12-09-1996 states under Section 4(4) that I was eligible to be appointed to the post of Assistant, the University did not appoint to the post of Junior Assistant also, Qualification to that being 10th Pass.
Another person, also a Degree Holder on Compassionate Grounds, was appointed as Attender (Group D) during May 1997.
Even last month, September 2018, the University has appointed a Ph.D. holder, wife of a Professor, on Compassionate Grounds, to the post of Group D.
Do we have a case against the University for not obeying the Government Order in appointing us on Compassionate Grounds?
Will our case be considered to treat our appointment to the Post of Assistant from the Date of Appointment?

Compassionate ground appointment - not following dpar rules

Govt of Karnataka Notification No. DPAR 100 SCA 1995 Dated 12/09/1996
Rule 4 (4) says: Appointment should be confined to the post of Group C or Group D depending upon the qualification prescribed for the post.
Less than 10th Std - Group D
10th Pass - Group C -Junior Assistant (SDC)
Degree & above - Group C - Assistant (FDC)
What if a State University in Karnataka is appointing persons, irrespective of their qualification, on Compassionate Grounds to Group D posts only?
about 85 persons are appointed to Group D Posts - Peons / Attenders even though they possess Educational qualification as Ph.D., PG / UG Degree Holders, PUC and SSLC right from 1997 to 2018.
Can the Government take any action against the University for NOT following the Government Orders?
