My date of joining was 03.03.2014 & Last working date was 31.10.2018. It is a contractual job but employee code was same for whole period. I worked continuously without any unapproved leave. My company is 5.5 day working. Will i be eligible for gratuity ? Because as per calculation i have worked for 4 years & 243 days but my HR is saying that 5 years completion is required for gratuity. Please help.
Is it mandatory for the employer of an organisation to issue salary slips every month? can the employer refuse the request of employee for salary slip? If the employer refuses to issue salary slip even after repeated requests from the employee, is there any legal recourse available to the employee?
I filed first writ petition in april 2016 before high court and single judge directed to consider my representation within one month which was sent to Secretary.
Thereafter Secretary passed an order in July 2016 to me state that due to administrative reason, dispose of my representation was in fructuous.
I also filed contempt in March 2017 but Secretary produced same reply in court. Again I filed second writ petition in nov 2017 and got dismissed stating it is hit by res judicata.
Secretary not disposed my representation as per court direction but contempt was closed and second writ petition dismissed, I dont know what to do.
I want to implement the court order passed in first writ petition to consider my representation. Please suggest me to solve this problem.

I am working in a PSU on contract of 3 yr. I have signed a agreement for 3 yr which bound me with 2 condition like if wants to leave organization then i have to serve 3 month notice and also have to pay 3 monts of sallry.
Now i have completed 2 yr. Now i wants to change job. But if i applied in other PSU then is it compulsory to take NOC from present employer because i am a contractual employee. So if i directly attend interview in other PSU or govt org so is any NOC or through PC procedure required for me.

I am working in a corporate hospital,i met with an accident and had fracture i started getting treatment in some other hospital..i intimated regarding my accident on the same day to my team leader..when i got discharge from hospital i called them..they issued me warning letter for absence..and after 14 days of non response they will issue termination letter otherwise i have to seek treatment from my hospital..
I have cleared a central govt exam..experience was not asked for this job but i mentioned it..if i show termination letter as experience will it be considered?
I am working in Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Chomu. This organization is operated by a Trust and funded by the ICAR. I joined here on 26 Oct 2018. They made me to sign of a bond of 50000.
and On 5th May 2018 I applied in Rajasthan Govt. Information Assistant post.
Now on 04 Nov 2018 I have selected for that post in Rajasthan Govt.
Do i Need to pay that bond to the Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
I will join in Rajasthan Government in January 2019.
Please suggest me what i have to do.

Dear all, a govt job doctor gets post graduation on his own merit, without taking any reservation from the service quota and is not paid stipend by the government during his post graduation course. However to pursue the course the govt gets him to sign a bond for a three year service post PG or ten lakh RS in order to grant him study leave without pay. He does his pg and joins back. Is such a bond valid if the pg is not sponsored by the govt or is not obtained by using any govt job service quota and no stipend is given by the govt as opposed to those who do pg via the 60 percent seat reservation quota for govt job holders
