hello,
this is dr.sunil.i had worked for ranbaxy and litchi foundation as a medical officer.i joined ranbaxy on 19th of december 2013 and till today,i.e.20th of feb haven't got any remuneration which was rs.35000/month.the concerned person is not responding.their office is just opposite to malai mandir,vasant kunj.
same is regarding litchi foundation group.
kindly suggest the procedure to go about this matter leagally.thanks.

dear sir i am serving officer in Indian army my present salary is 19680(basic pay)+5400(grade pay)+27972(Dearness allowance)+3040(transport allowance)+6000(Military special pay)+500(kit maintenance allowance)= 62592/- total pay.
I have been selected in Reserve bank of India as Assistant manager security and the will i get pay protection in RBI.

My Niece Husband died of a sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 34 while in service. Please let me know what are the sums that she is eligible to claim from EPF Office. He was working as a senior Manager in a Manufacturing concern and was drawing appx 60K per month. They have no issues. She and her mother in law are the nominees with 50% sharing.

I have filed a writ petition challenging Compulsory Retirement from Service in the year 2010. As I do not have means of livelihood, I took up a job as outsourcing employee of another organisation on a consolidated monthly pay in the year 2013. This is not in the court record.
If the Court negates the Bank's decision and award reinstatement with back wages, what about the consolidated wages I received from the year 2013. Can the Bank take any plea in its arguments that I am re-employed? What will be the effect of this re-employment?

dear sir,
maine esic office se confirm kiya hai ki private unaided school jisme 10 ya 10 se jyada teacher ho vo esic k coverage mai aata hai.
hamare school mai 30 teacher ka staff hai par kisi ko bhi esic ka benefit nahi mil rha hai.
mughe iske lie kha complain karni chahie?
ye school karodo kama rahe hain. parents ko bhi loot rhe hain aur teachers ka bhi bahut soshan kar rhe hain? in school k teacher dhobi ke kutte jese hoi gaye hain. khi complain kare to jo hath mai hai vo bhi jane ka dar rahta hai.
2000 se 5000 tak ki sallory mai log work kar rhe hain. aur us par bhi tamam fine hain. koi leave nahi. manmane rules. aur koi bhi rokne wala nahi.
ek majdoor k lie tamam rule hain. par ek teacher jis se samaj ummid karta hai ki vo desh ka futuer banayege unke lie koi rule nahi hai.
na koi minimum wage ka. na pension, insurance, epf ka . na koi leave policy. na koi respect.

Hey all,
Something unique and strange but I would like to tell you my story and need genuine feedback from experts
I had got an offer from a company(I still have offer letter) but I didn't join for some reasons and wrote them an mail regarding the same.
After some time i was asked to provide bank detail it was asked by some other mail id and i didnt know its by that company and i simply gave them my account details and later i started getting money into my account.I never knew it was by them
After few days i checked and money was still there in my account and next month also the same amount was credited and i never knew it was by them and i spent that money
Later i inquired in bank and got to know it was by the company i didn't accept offer
I have spend money and I dont have I am wondering what are the legal action can be taken by them against me if i am not ready to pay them back ?
Please advice me Your genuine suggestions are most welcome.
