Hi i am working with HDFC BANK and my official working hours are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. But we used to sit by 9 pm regularly. My complaint is we are not getting any OT for the extra hours we are giving to BANK and that too on daily basis. We have a HR policy but it is of no use. HR of our bank is useless. We have a register where we are doing a oit entry. Request you tell me who will be the concern person for this. Need your help on this. If have the email id plz share.
2) Know there is a recent circular that 2&4 will be public holdidays for bank. But our unit head is against that circular. He is saying he cannot give on 2 &4 sat. It will be rotational as he is not to manage the workflow. He is literally doing a gundarajj and misussing his position power.
Need your help on this also

A female employee, during the delivery, died leaving her husband and the new born baby. The baby is with her grand mother.
The nominatio given by the late employee stands in the name of her husband.
The huband has given no objection for her mother-in-law to claim the PF amount.
The company forward all the papers stating that it has no objection to be given to the mother of the dead employee
But the PF has rejected the claim of the mother-in-law i.e. mother of the dead female employee.
What are the prospects of getting the mother PF amount, if challenged in the labour court?

Dear Sir,
We three partners got retired from a partnership firm and two continuing partners bought our partnership firm. Now there are two continuing partners.
We did not pay the gratuity since all the employees left 2 years back taking there PF and salaries.
As per the attached release deed are we still liable to face any legal proceedings by labours. or it will be a liability to continuing partners...

Termination during notice period (3 months)
Hello,
I am working as a confirmed teacher in a CBSE affiliated school and now am unable to continue my service because of my poor health. Although I have served my notice period can I leave the school before the notice tenure ends. As mentioned in the CBSE affiliation bye laws - 1. If an employee at any time after confirmation intends to resign he/she shall give three months’ notice in writing or three months’ salary including all allowances to the Managing Committee. (is it mandatory to serve my notice period). The school has served a notice stating that I have violated the CBSE rules and code of conduct and they will take legal action if I did not complete my notice period or pay three months salary. Can the school file a legal case against me? and if YES what will be the consequences?
