In govt job application form applicant name for married woman is father's surname or husband' surname?
Qualification certificate are in name of father's surname after marriage all other documents (adhar, pan, voter's id) are in husband's surname so please help to what should I write in application form of govt job.
As I already applied for a govt job with husband's surname and got selected in written exam, interview is concern department have the right to deny from giving appointment letter citing the reason of mismatch in surname of educational certificate and in application form even after producing adhar, pan, voter I'd, marriage certificate.

I had joined a psb bank three yrs ago presently working there as an officer.At the time of giving competitive exams i used my full name sign nd got selected in bank with my full name sign.But after getting selected i used my initials letters of my name as my sign on all vouchers and also while recommending some loans.As per the rules of bank a gbp no of sign is being allocated to every officer after completion of 2 yes,nd at present no such gbp no is allocated to me and at presently i m using my intials as my sign.
So is it correct for me or it can pose problem for me.
Pls it's request to all the members to give their advice reg this.

Dear Sir I have selected for teacher primary in govt job.mere or family members k name se 2009 me ek fir 323/324/34ipc506 hui .cout ne hame Bari kar dia kyoKi complainant turn hostile and not supported case.when my attestation form came I tick as no in colum of have you ever been arrest. When police came to my house then told me that you have been arrested in2009 and acquitted in 2015 .i have visited the authority and told about my this mistake.i have ticked as no because I think if case is closed by in favour of us then there is no record and ask him to wrote a application .staff member said to me if you are in a minor offence no need of application and no problem in joining process.after some days my varification reached to the authority and send a letter to me have you ever been arrested ticked as no a question leds to cancelling of fact. Hence you have to directly forward your acquittal order and fir for further course of action. Is there a big problem for me.

Respected Sirs,
We are planning to open a center in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We came to know that, we can run the operations without having a valid license under Shop Act. The reasons quoted are, since the location is under the Panchayat limits registration under Shop Act is not required. In fact we got to know that license under Shop Act itself is not applicable. Also, this place comes under Zone-II of Gujarat.
We understand that, Bombay S&E Act is applicable in Gujarat. When companies in Mumbai are required to take license under this act how come having license in GIFT City is not applicable? Request the experts to clarify the following:
1. GIFT City is under the limits of Village Panchayat, we want to know if the license under Bombay S&E Act is applicable or not.
2. If applicable, where and in which Lab.Dept, we need to submit the application. If possible share the soft copy of relevant forms.
3. Is it fine to run the business from GIFT City, by having registrations under PT, ESI Sub-code, LWF & Emp.Exchange? PF is covered centrally from Mumbai.
4. Are there any other registrations need to be done. If yes, kindly share the list
5. Is this area comes under Zone-II category under the Minimum Wages applicable for Gujarat.

Sir,
I am working in a co-operative bank in Bangalore. Management have sanctioned Ex-gratia to all the employees including officers of the Bank for the year 2015-16 after the same is approved by the General Body meeting.
Now, a member of the Bank is claiming that Officers of the Bank are not eligible for either bonus or ex-gratia under the Bonus Act and violation of Bonus Act.
Please clarify the same whether the officers of the Bank are not eligible to Ex-gratia under bonus act.

I got Industrial Tribunal Judgement of back wages in my favour Against illegal layoff by Ebix Software. Hyderabad.
Execution petition was not filed by my lawyer due to his personal reasons.
Then I filed Caveat .
Ebix Company file writ petition in HC , to cancel lower court order on 20 June 2016 ,
last Listing date is still showing 20 Sep 2016,
My lawyer file counter on 26 Sep 2016
Now my case is not getting any movement / listed for next step and showing as INTERLOCUTORY stage.
my query is -
is there any way to take case faster, because i am loosing my experience and from last 4 years no job no income.
any other advice is appreciate

respected sir my younger brothr's wif died due to suicide(visra report says alluminium phosphiod) aftr 4nd half month later marriage for 10 days hospitaliation she died.no statement by deceased.district judge sentenced me ,my yonger brothr,and parents for 10 yrs regrious imprisonment now me nd my parents are on bail given by high court but my govt job terminated what i to do shall i have to wait highcourts final dicision? or should i apeal about my lost job?please guide me about both matter crimial and service matter thanku sir

Dear Seniors,
I have joined my Organisation in Jan 2016 as Asst.Mgr - HR.
I got pregnant in May 2016 and on 11 July 2016 I told my Boss i.e Director of Co. that I am pregnant.
On 16 July 2016, my director told me that you are not performing and gave a Performance Improvement plan. All the points mentioned in the letter were activities of a Head HR not Assistant Manager - HR. During my joining I was not told that I will have to Head HR activities also.The letter stated they will check my performance till 31 July 2016 and will take a call.
Then my company hired a Head HR on July 25 2016, who was supposed to check my performance. But my company asked the Head HR to resign due to his performance on Oct 10,2016.
Now I am in my 8th month of pregnancy, my company has made me work all these months and now they are asking me to resign on immediate basis. i.e 31 December 2016 again stating performance.
Till July 2016, I had never received any performance related issues.They are forcing me to resign after he came to know that I am pregnant. This is to save the 3 months paid maternity leave which I will get in case I stay in the company. The company has a good maternity policy on papers but is forcing to resign in order to save money.
Please let me know what can I do. I would like to go legal on this. Kindly guide me as I feel cheated and insulted for making me work till 8th month and now that I am ready for my maternity leave, they are forcing me to resign.

i have entered into a service bond of 1 lac for 2 years in Aug 2016 in XYZ company Patna, given it on Rs 1000 stamp paper. Since after working for approx 1.5 month i have decided to quit the job/organisation due to following reasons- delay in Salary payment process, mental harassment (transferred thrice in a month, no amount was paid by company for household shifting), No TA/DA for marketing job- have to pay from my pocket, negligible future growth and my health reason (suffering from pleural effusion).
I have left the organisation without giving any notice in the month of Oct due to above foresaid reason now the company has send me the notice in order to deposit Rs 1 lac amount. is there any way to come out of such bond. since it is a matter of my future I can’t see it spoiling like this. Please advice.

Change of petitioners in a service matter case in high court
sir,
I want to know that is it possible to change/include the petitioner's name in a case.
case history- after 6 CPC recommendations.M/O Information &Broadcasting notified the merger of Gr.grade of IIS with senior grade of IIS(pay scale-5500 and 6500).after three years, ministry again d emerge this grade and recruit Gr. grade.then present association(with names of office bearers) goes to CAT.now case was in Delhi high court where outgoing president of association withdraw the case.and court dismiss the case on this ground.but then association office bearers want to peruse the case, because case in the name of these office bearers.
my query-is it possible that after withdrawing by present association,whether actual petitioners can peruse the same case
