I am working in private organisation and Employee is eligible for gratuity if he had completed 4 years and 240 days of continuous service in
company. So my question is what is continuous service? Do you consider the sick leaves/ Vacations taken by employee during 4 years and 240 days of service? Or while calculation of eligibility sick leaves/ Vacations should be excluded?

I relieved from railway service on 23/11/17 ( last basic pay is 23100) and joined VSSC/ISRO as Technician B (Basic Pay 21700) on 24/11/17. I was submitted the technical Resignation in Railway and VSSC official told that my past service and pay protection will be eligible. After few days I know that due to some rules in the VSSC , nobody can go for the further study ( Part time evening or correspondence)until completing 3 years service within. I wish to back Southern Railway, Palakkad Division for doing part time diploma and higher studies. What is the procedure to return back my parental organization sir? Reply me pls
I m staff nurse working in a central govt hospital in Bangalore. As per our promotion policy , first promotion eligibility is regular service as a staff nurse in that institution. But currently after 15-17 yrs of regular service only first promotion is getting. The reasoning giving for this delay is no vacancy in higher post. Apart from nurses , no other employees promotion is delayed for this much long duration. I would like to know your opinion in this regard, can it consider as an injustice towards nurses, because honourable CJI on January,2014 mentioned that promotion is a fundamental right of an employee based on article 14 of constitution of India
