Pf claim

Dear Sir,
I was employed in a Chennai based company, worked there for six years, I resigned the company in the month of july 2017.Since I joined the company it they made my gender as female and they didnot approve any of my document like pan card or adhar card. I have requested them so many times, but they are not doing it.I have asked them that I would like to withdraw my PF, since the point of time I resigned they are saying fill this form, send me that document, wait for 40 days, after waiting for 35+days they are saying send me that document,so on an on excuses.

I have my proper release letter from that company, but they are making a fun of me with my PF, Please help.

Quo warranto in pil - clarfication regarding

Sir,
I filed writ of quo warranto in PIL question the person wrongly continuing in public post without required educational qualification when it came up for admission on 21.06.2016, Government pleader mislead false information before judge that person already removed from post.So advocate withdrawn the petition as dismissed without my knowledge.

Apex Court Rule of Quo Warranto: 1. PIL is maitainable in Service Matters for Quo warranto 2. The rule of locus standi not applicable for Quo warranto. I am not aggrieved person for the post so only the quo warranto was filed.

Now I wish to file new petition writ of mandamus to consider my representation and dispose of because same person still continuing the same post. without required educational qualification.

Please clarify my doubt below
1. Whether new writ petition mandamus is barred by res judicata or not?
2. Whether new writ petition mandamus is barred by locus standi or not?

Speedy disposal of case

If labour case u/s 2A which can be decided within three months by the industrial tribunal but even after three years pending in court. Is there any remedy available to workman as his whole family was dependent on his job.

Salary not paid

Hello,

I am legally still working for an organisation named FlightCase in pune. I have been associated with FlightCase for 9 years.

Now the company has not paid me salary for Jan month as they did not receive funds from client which is 3rd party.

Also the company asked to stop working on this project and leave the organisation wherein they will mention my last working day as 31 December however, I was working for this company till 5th Feb 2018.
I persuaded them to release my salary and I will leave the organisation immediately without notice period. But they are not willing to pay me salary for Jan 2018 month.

Kindly let me know what action can I take against this company

F&f settlement regard

I worked as a Regional sales Manager in a company, company suddenly closed their operation in south india and informed to send the resignation, I sent the resignation worked around 17 months. alomost 2 months completed they are not settled my account,2 months expenses salary PF etc around 1.0lac amount is pending,now I am jobless . Kindly suggest me what to do awaiting your favorale reply.

Company stopped payment on my salary cheque

I had joined an advisory firm on 15th Jan'18 and worked till 8th march'18. First 15 days were counted by them as training and were unpaid. I received my pay cheque on 8th march and due to my interview at a college i could not work between 9th to 15th march . The same was conveyed by me to the phone both telephonic-ally and through mail, i also attached my admit card as proof. when i placed my cheque it returned with the reason that the company has stopped payment on that cheque. I dont wish to join the company again. They are not agreeing to me for the month i worked with them.
I didnt sign any contract with the comapny but just a form that your salary will be delayed for 10 days if u take leave for 4 consecutive days. But before my leave i had received the salary cheque.
What should i do?

True information with false experience certificate

I have joined a govt job that required 6 months experience. As i worked 8 month in private company they denied to give experience certificate before serving one year. So i attached false certificate with documents, that was denied during verification by my previous private company. Although after request, my previous company provided me experience letter containing same date. But still my present govt employer is not considering latest experience letter and still need clarification on my previously given certificate. And today they have terminated me form my post with immediate effect.
Kindly suggest me what should i do next as information given be me is true and my previous company has provided me all needed experience certificates.

Illegal termination

Sir, I was joined a company as a Sr. Account Executive on 5th of March 2018 by giving proper resignation to my previous company. On 5th of March I start working with this company. When I was joined the calendar year audit was running. On 18 the Audit was finished and on 19th the company has sent me the termination mail without giving any prior written notice. And they promise me to pay the salary for 12 days by 25th of March 2018. But due to this I have jobless and I have no other Income source. So I want to know that can I filled a case against company for compensation.

Final settlement....

hello friend,
i was worked with LIMITED compony in marketing field. As i on probation during my working. my manager force me to resign after 5month. i am ready to give notice period as mention in offer letter for one month, then he refused for the same and told that their is no notice period for probation empoyee and forcefully resigm me and i put resign. Now from my final settlement company is deducting 1 month salary as notice period. So what can i do further to not to deduct money from my final settlement?
