I was working in A Limited Company in 2014 year (worked one year)
I joined B limited in year 2015 and worked there till august 2017.
While joining B ltd I got my PF account of A Limited transferred in B Limited by single UAN.
In November 2017 I applied for withdrawal of PF of B limited, I got the full amount of PF of B Limited in december 2017.
Now in march 2018 i had joined C Limited.
My question is that :
Should I transfer the PF account of A Limited in C Limited or whether I should try for withdrawal of amount of A Limited.
Please guide

Sir,
My friend, a bank officer, got reinstated after almost five years of dismissal as the honourable high court quashed the dismissal for conducting enquiry in contravention of guidelines and ordered 'reinstatement without backwages'. Now, I would like to ask respectable experts, will he get continuity of service and how his pay will be fixed and whether he will get notional increments and promotions?
Providing a reference to latest judgement of honourable apex court will be a great help.
Regards.
Respected members, will you kindly advice where can I get the rule in which Grade / Class of posts of Assistant Professor drawing pay in Grade pay of Rs. 6000/- under UGC norms is classified. Every one says the post falls under class I category but nobody is able to say the rule where it is mentioned.
I need it to present in a court of law to justify my stand.
Notice recovery
Hi,
I joined the company XYZ on 8th Jan and resign on 30th Jan because of some issue. This resign is asked from Head of HR and leave the company on that day. And said to me you will get 23 days salary in your account which I got in next day 31st Jan.
But today I got an email from payroll section of Company that for full and final settle you need to give xyz amount in company account after that they will give me exp certificate which is not relevant for me.
As i got one FNF sheet with an email in which Notice recovery is mentioned with XYZ amount.
And for which notice period they are talking about because this was the HR call to leave the company without serving the notice period. please suggest.
Amit
