My wife is selected in a govt job.Exam when conducted she was with paternal surname, now she is married with my surname and all her identity like Pan Epic voter changed. Now, for final appointment and posting, police verification report and medical report forms are sought before they issue final appointment. What surname should we write in the forms, as they issued letter in paternal surname but we have pan epic aadhar and marriage certificate with different surname, how to solve this problem?

I was employed in an organization from 2nd May 2018. Prior to my selection when offer was proposed to me i was told my shift would be 09.30 to 18.00 hrs but when i was appointed i was being made to work for 12 hours from morning 9.00 to evening 21.00 due to this i was having health issues. And over and above that i was also told lies and was not properly briefed about the job profile at the time of interview.
I spoke to my manager regarding this but he bluntly told me if you wanna continue then do it otherwise leave the organization and go back to your previous office.
I became very sad and finally decided and SMSed my manager that i won't be reporting to work from tomorrow. He asked me to send a written resignation but i didn't do it.
After all this time yesterday i received a letter from them stating that i have to serve 45 days notice period or else pay 45 days salary to them and if not done so then they will take legal action against me and file a criminal suit.
Now i am going to be employed in a new company and i am worried that this thing will create a problem on my new employment.

I have been promoted from grade E-5 (pay scale 32,900-3%-58,000) to grade E-6 (pay scale Rs. 36,600-3%-62,000) w.e.f 01.06.2018. My current Basic Rs.40,490/-. Employer has given advised to exercise option within one month from the date of promotion to have the pay fixed under FR 22(1)(a)(1) from the date of promotion or to have the pay fixed initially at the stage of the time -scale of the post of promoted post above the pay in the post held before promotion, which may be re-fixed on the date of accrual of next increment in the scale of pay of the post before promotion. My increment date is 1st July every year.
Can anyone suggest me with example which option would be better for me?.

I served in Software company for 5 yrs -3 months. I will be eligible for Gratuity Payment.I left the company last month on 8 May. I approached management for Gratuity i got response that ...they are not having any such policy.
I need a help in this regard hence i can provide more details in this regard.

I have resigned from my previous Organization for almost 2 months. They have issued my experience letter, relieving letter and full and final settlement letter on the last working day itself.
In the settlement letter, it is clearly mentioned that my pending salary for the last working month will be credited on the Company's next salary date. But till date, I have not received the amount. I have also noticed that my ex-colleagues have received their salaries during these 2 months.
I have enquired with my Boss and the Finance department, but they tell to wait as they are in a financial crisis. I have followed up with them via emails.
Please let me know how to proceed to get my Pending salary as I am waiting for 2 months.

Sir, I issued a cheque to someone and write the amount in word as "Two Five Zero Zero Zero" instead of "Twenty Five Thousand" and bank returned the cheque marked dishonor for not matching the amount in figure and word. I had worked in one of the reputed public sector bank for 4 years and 298 days being my joining date as 29.04.2013 and resignation on 20.02.2018. my employer denied me that I am not eligible for gratuity as the rule of 5 years continuous service is not completed. Please guide me whether I am eligible for gratuity or not.
I am working in it company in Chennai, I signed a bond with them for 2 years and I give my original certificates to them, They give me a training for 15 days (not offer food, room, salary or transportation) after that they place me as a trainee for 1 year but I worked there for 25 days or less, I want to resign my job for personal reason and also I want to do higher studies but they not give my Certificates and asking ₹50,000 for breaking bond, my salary is ₹12,000 and I even didn't receive my salary because the first month not finished if they want to take my salary as training cost there is no problem but I can't give ₹50,000 that very big amount for me please kindly help me by telling a way to get my certificates back.
Redeployment
I joined a multi-billion dollar BPO in 2015 and was in-charge of Tamil Nadu region. The deal in which i was working got rolled back and i was moved to redeployment pool. I got placed in a new deal and was continuing with my role. From this deal, i was moved into redeployment pool with the reason 'Excess resource' or 'Buffer Release'. However, another person at my level was appointed in place of me. If an employee is being released with the reason 'Buffer Release', can the company appoint another employee at the same level? Can this be challenged in the court?
