A is having 3 sons and my client is one amongst them. A’s grand father is B, who died long back and he acquired 12 acres of land. When my client was minor, A sold away 9 acres of land. Now only 3 acres are in possession of A. As per law, my client is entitled to ¼ th share of the landed property of B. But now A is refused to give his 1/4th share ie., 3 acres of land.
1. So how my client get his 1/4th share?
2. The transaction which was done earlier, when my client was minor, was a valid one or not.

Husband initiates divorce proceedings by sending a legal notice for divorce.
Wife sends a reply to that notice that she is willing to live with him. She also filed an application for Restitution of Conjugal rights and obtained an order of exparte.
on receiving the reply notice, husband filed petition for divorce and obtained divorce and got it exparte.
Both are in different Courts but on same day.
Which is valid?

Two daughter have one property, property owner is her mother what is the transfer rules?
Claiming the family property.
I am a student of MBA doing final year aged 22 at Viluppuram in Tamilnadu. My right kidney is a failure from the birth and I am alive due to proper functioning of my left kidney. When recently scanned doctors asked me to remove right kidney, if I feel to much pain or distraction. They also said that if I strain physically too much there are chances for my kidney
even to burst inside. Which will be an emergency operation.
With all these sorrows I am living with my toughest parents. They are not giving me proper food, most of the days only one
meal at a day. My mother is using sexually explicit words against me. If I ask money they are threatening to kill me. One time when I asked money my maternal uncle tried to assault me.
I am not able to concentrate in my studies any more.
How I can save myself. I wish to claim the property that will usually move to son as per Indian law. And move away from my parents once for all.
Thank you
