sir, after i filed divorce, my wife filed false 498a an gone to her parents home? (i guess i don know exactly) without informing me. its nearly one month over. no communication nothing. is it desertion? how can i use this as advantage for me? what are the possibilities? regarding diovorce as well as maintainance.can i avoid maintainance if she files for maintainance . she is doctor may be working in mumbai.how can i utilies this opportunity. please advice me sir.

“A” was one year baby in the year 1952 and was adopted by “B” (adopted mother) whose age was 17 years and whereas “C” (adopted father) was 21 years, at that time.
As far as the ages are concerned, is the adoption is legally valid or not? if so is there any apex court finding in this regard.

When wife earns through her business.
Does maintenance case on husband for her & children will be admitted.
Heard from SC if a earning wife or capable of earning then maintenance is not applicable. Experts please clarify
Otherwise in case of business how to show the evidence of income? where there would not be any income tax returns by her nor any registered document nor difficult to obtain opponents bank statement?
What is the way out?

SIR I WAS MARRIED ON 12 DEC 2009. TILL DATE RELATIONS BETWEEN US MEANS MY WIFE AND ME ARE NOT GOING GOOD. SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANY CARE OF MY PARENTS AND ME AND WANT TO DO ANY THING ACCORDING TO HER. HER PARENTS ALSO INTERFERE IN MY MARRIED LIFE AND THEY ARE PUTTING ALLEGATIONS ON FALSE DOWRY CASE. PLEASE GIVE ME ANY ADVICE - IS THERE ANY LAW ON FALSE DOWRY HARASSMENT FOR MEN ALSO.

one more question since i filed a divorce case against my wife can she claim for my house altho the house is on my name and i do all the payments i have taken a home load for this flat and im still paying the loan can u please advice

A Will has been made and signed by the testator on non judicial Stamped Paper and it includes a named Executor. The named executor and another person have signed as witnesses. The Will names six beneficiaries and does not include the executor or witness among them. The will has not been registered.
After the death of Testator, the Executor and witness are not cooperating in executing the will. However, copies of the Will were made available to the beneficiaries.
What is the procedure for the named beneficiaries to have the will implemented? Can the will be registered by any of the Beneficiaries? Is a Court Probate required for implementing the Will?

as per ur reply on section 125 my question was as we are married in delhi,child was born in ion of delhi and resisded last in delhi has the court in indore right to decide for maintaince or it can be cancelled and dismissed or tranfered to delhi for further action i think as per my knowledge goes there is no juridiction of indore court to decide maintaince and moreover the marriage is 7 years old does any dowry cases be filled and no fir registered till now can she file 498 in indore it has been 9 months for the sepration and i have not any summons from police nor any perious fir resigeterd in my case

Its normal Psychology of a any person to negate the opponent.
Wife put 498a couple of times & a DV
Husband put up OP and so far wife didnot contest nor accept the notice. Jus dilly-dallying & is pending since 2008.
Both are staying in separation.
Does court can say to live together even if one of them is not interested.
Or will 498a against husband would attract in cruelty & can lead to legal seperation/divorce.
