i want to know about position and status of a child marriage, how can the minor after attaining the majority can nullified the marriage, and please tell me also the time limit for that (with the relevant section)?

MY FATHER HAS EXPIRED AFTER LEAVING BEHIND HIM THE UNREGD. (1) FOR SETTLEMENT THE PARTION SUIT CAN BE FILED IN THE COURT EVEN AFTER WILL IS THERE?
(2) WHO WILL FILE THE PARTION SUIT, CAN MY BROTHER FILE THE PARTITION SUIT?
(3) WILL THE PROBATE WILL BE REQUIRED EVEN AFTER THE PARTITION SUIT.
(4) IF THE DECREE IS ISSUED IN THE PARTITION SUIT THAN DECREE WILL BE ACCEPTABLT TO ALL THE SOCIETIES/TRUST/CO. FOR GIVING THE TRANSFER EFFECT TO THE ASSET OR STILL THEY WILL DEMAND THE PROBATE SINCE WILL IS THERE.
(5) IN THE PARTITION SUIT THE ENTIRE LEGAL HEIR CAN PARTICIPATE OR IT WILL BE FILED SEPARATELY?
(6) IN MUMBAI WHAT IS THE COURT FEE AND HOW MUCH IT IS REFUNDABLE?

Dear Professionals,
I have been married since last 2 & half yrs.Our marriage was not acceppted to my In Laws.They tried to harass both of us especially me by all means still we both tried our best to be with them & maintain good relations with them but they never even thought of their son's happiness.They even asked both of us several times to leave their house & we started staying seperately but still they try to disturb our married life & even they didn't let me to take away 1 ornament which was given by them to me on eve of our marriage which was ultimately mine.
In this scenerio,what would you suggest to overcome this situation.Do we have to file case against them in order to teach them a lesson or is there any other way to get rid from such frequent harassment.
Pls advise.

wife is staying at Mumbai and husband is at present residing at Dubai with his parents and wife wants to file divorce petition in Mumbai on the ground that the husband has converted him in to Muslim from hindu religion..now how wife can serve summons to husband at Dubai???? one autistic son is also there out of the said marriage who is at present with wife in Mumbai.

I AM sudheer kumar from andrapradesh.
my father-in-law,mother-in-law both expired recently.they are not prepare any will.
1.Their family 05 sons 01 daughter ( all are married) and 03 rd son expired 2009(wife and 02 sons 01 daughter alive)
2.The property of 01 acre agriculure land , plot,house in village,and other bank deposits and liability also there on mothers name against agriculture land.
3.all properties are in mothers name.
4.Now probelem the 02 brothers not willing to share the propery (they are now Govt.job) others temparory jobs?
5.the daughter married and 01 son , 01 daughter .She is Diabiatic patatinet past 20 years by taking insulin.Totally dependent husband no job only house wife.
6. How to share property immdeatly ,because no understanding between brothers.it is very crusial to daughter for medical purpose.

Dear Sir,
I am facing a major issue w.r.t visitation rights of my child. We got divorced in August 2010. My ex-husband resides in USA, due to which initial settlement took long time, when warrant issued against his family here he came to india for settlement. during agreement it was decided that when he visit india he can meet our 8 yr old daughter every sat/sun for 8 hours. i was not agreeing to this but my lawyer told me there is no option either i agree or lose custody of my child.
Now the problem is , he is come back here and every sat/sun he makes us sit for hours and hours in the name of visitation rights. I am a single mother taking care of everything. A house was named for child from which i get a monthly rent of 15,400/- which is the only compensation i had got out of this settlement.
In the name of visitation rights both of us are thru mental harashment with this man who was an abuser and daily drinker. My child and me go and keep sittting hours and hours without speaking even a single word. What legal remedy is available to me. I will go mad , if i have to continue like this till she becomes 18 yrs of age , as i was told she is minor so her say has no value.
It is become an ordeal for us every sat/sun we have other important work lined up which i am unable to do.
He threatens us and says whether she speak or not she need to sit in front of him as court has given him this right.
Please help me ! whenever i speak to my lawyer he says no option you have to bear , though i heard where vistiation rights restricted to once a month of so why in my case he is acting in this manner.
Please advice me!

i have filed my complaint in women cell n filed domestic voilence against him and his parents who use to harras me torture me mentally n physically both in aid of getting there demands fulfill.
Though my father in govt empolyee(he is reader in delhi unniversity) n he always pay his taxes on time. now he had made complaint against my father in various department saying he is tax evading person.
n marked copies to various university officals also.
my husband is missuing his degree of law as a weapon.he is also involve in various other crinimal matters besides domestic voilence.. he had been working as director in his family bussines being a lawyer.how can i complaint about his proffesional missconduct in bar association .or what else action i can take .pls advice .
