Divorce due to lazy wife

Sir,
i am employee of CRPF. My Marriage was on year 2010 without any dowry and whatever said by father-In-Law, they did not do and hided by father-In-Law that early marriage has been fixed with other and canceled before going to marriage in marriage hall(ie. after printing invitation) . Now I'm living with my family and 1 1/2 year child at Government quarters. I met lot of quarrel with angry argument, disagreement with my wife within the short span of my marriage life due to
1. laziness of my wife
2. not up keeping of house in neat & clean
3. watching TV up to 1000pm & woke up 0800am
4. not respecting & not ready to staying with my mom, dad.
5.Not washing baby urinate clothes on daily (max 6-10 clothes per day). Accumulating upto 5 -6 days. So gyms may be formed if not wash baby urinated clothes on daily basis.

I have to wake up daily 0500am for attending PT, so i have to sleep early. But my wife put TV in loud sound. Lot of times I told my nature of duty. But, she is never responding.
Hence one day I felt that myself is problem to my wife, so i tried to hang myself in quarters. But fortunately, my life has been saved by neighbors.
Now i am not speaking with my wife since last one month. Whatever she does, i simply closing my eye and not saying anything. Hence this situation if goes continuously , I thing Divorce may be better. So in this , may i get divorce ? . How to get divorce? Please give solution sir.

Property

Dear Sir,

My father has a younger brother who lives with my grand father. My grand father is 97 years old and does not recognise anyone. My uncle has sold all the agricultural land through my grandfather who does not know what he is doing. Now he is selling the house where he is living. How can we stop him from doing so or claim our share legally. Also, is anything can be done for the agricultural land he has already sold? Can we take stay from court to stop him from selling the house? He has ruined us.

Warm Regards,

Registration of marriage

1. First marriage divorced by mutual consent.
2. second marriage done before court decree of divorce, reason: ignorance of law.
3. Now, what happens to the already registered (but proved void) second marriage?
4. Can the same parties register their marriage again, to do the right thing?
5. Is the registration done in ignorance of law, to be totally ignored, since it does not hold water?

Need judgments on ta

My TA for criminal cases is pending in HC, i am opposing TA. Though I know that criminal cases are not that easy to get shifted, but want to strengthen my case with SC judgments. I cud find latest as NUPUR TALWAR VS CBI decided on 02-03-2012.
Can experts provide me other newer citations in that direction, blocking criminal case transfers? I wil be very much thankful from bottom of my heart
