Hi,
i got married on 03/03/2013, In the intial stage itself we had lot of misunderstanding in our life, my wife hardly lived with for two months and seperate from 11/09/2015 saying that not willing to live with me and given written statement in women's Police station
after one month my lawyer sent a consent divorce notice to my wife and she replied through another lawyer saying that she doesn't do any fault my husband has done all mistakes.
After six months, my lawyer filed a contest divorce case for examination of my wife in court but the summon has not been sent yet.
But suddenly my wife is agried to give divorce now.............
what should i do now
1. whether shall i wait for her legal divorce notice or
2 go ahead with the contest divorce filed by my lawyer...
please advice....... my lawyer is remains silence in this.

My father in law has recently breathed his last leaving a will.In the will he has marked one floor each to his 3 sons for his G+2 building.By virtue of the possession of the will one sons wants immediate mutation frm the Municipal Authorities for the floor allowed in his favour.But other 2 sons are in favour of a Joint Mutation of the total building as a whole.Ther are apprehensive that if the individual floor mutation is done ,he may immediately sell his part and move elsewhere.As the will clearly demarcates the floors allotted to individual son concerned,whether joint mutation is possible particularly in view of the fact that the particular son may object to joint mutation.
I have not seen the will.But if the father has mentioned that the flats cannot be sold is it legally valid?
OBVIOUSLY FIRST WE HAVE TO GET THE PROBATE WITHOUT WHICH NO TRANSFER/MUTATION/SELL OF PROPERTY IS POSSIBLE
After Probate is obtained,PLEASE MENTION ABOUT THE TWO POINTS
A )WHETHER JOINT MUTATION CAN BE OPPOSED BY ONE SON
B ) IF THE FATHER IN HIS WILL HAS NOT GIVEN SELLING RIGHTS TO HIS SONS,WHETHER THIS IS VALID AFTER HIS DEATH?

I have got married in 2009 and was staying with husband in bangalore,my husband started torturing me physically and mentally not able to bear his physical torture on the same day he beat me gave complaint in bangalore under 498A and returned back to hyderabad-parents place where i filled DVC after two years my husband came for a compromise and we have written an undertaking and again started living together in 2013 we had a girl child in 2014,he was fine for few days after rejoining but from the day i was pregnant again he started showing his previous behavior again this time it was more cruel.Now i have moved away from him and staying with my parents i dont want to go back to him.
please advice me whether he can take any legal action and i want the child to be with me and as he is also responsible for the child can i ask for any maintenance for the child.

Respected Sir,
This is the fact of one of my friend:
1. Divorced wife living saperately from husband and getting maintenance from him.
2. Husband is a government employee.
3. Before retirement husband change his name.
4. Soon after retirement husband leave government accomodation alloted to him.
5. Husband stops payment of maintenance to wife after retirement.
6. Wife file execution case before the lower court.
7. Summon send by the advocate of wife to husband and returnd with remarks “ADDRESS NOT PROPER” or “PERSON NOT FOUND”
8. The above cycle continues in lower court for last five years.
9. Husband did not disclose his address to wife.
My question is :
A. Wheather advocate of wife misguide her client ?
B. How can she get maintenance to avoid stervation ?

Sir i will file a divorce.me and my husbnd are agree for a mutual divirce as i love someone else.but now my family members are trying to get me into jail at any cost.is it pissible?and they are treatng me in a very cheap way.so may i file manhani case against them?

My brother in laws wife is not leaving with him for the last 3 years. He had a son. He tried to convince wife to stay with him but she is not ready. Now she filed case for potagi. Two police constables came to his house and informed that case is filed and they have to pay about 2.80 lac as potagi. Also informed that issue to be resolved within weeks time. If money is not paid they will recover by selling property which is in his mother name. My question is if his wife is not ready to stay with him how can she demand potagi? Please advise.

I have married 2nd time while my first child was 13 years old and my 2nd husband accepted my child as her daughter. All these years he never had issues in any documents where he had mention her as her daughter with his name. But now my daughter is above 18yrs and while applying for passport requires birth certificate which has her biological father name. And to get passport with new name they are asking to get adoption documents and for that I might NOC from biological father too.
Can you please help to know what is the process for adoption of child above 18 years and if there are any online sites where I can initiate this process and get list of required documents. Is it lengthy process. how long it takes. What happens if I do not get NOC as I do not have contact with my ex husband from last 15 years.

Dear Experts.,
My wife has filed MC against me.,i went last hearing and given sum amount.,next hearing i didnt went.,my advocate has representated.,but concern Megisterate has issued Warrant.,there is specific time no to issued Warrant.,
My advocate said we may take recall for that.,what is the meaning of recall.,at the same time Petitioner didnt pay beta till now to get Warrant to me.,if they didnt pay beta.,i wont get Warant no?plz clarify it.,

Sir, I have been for, 8 yrs now.. , but my wife has hardly stayed with me.. Ever since, There has never been coin habitation for maximum a month.
I don't hav any issues out of the marriage
I am having a chronic painful ailment from past 3 yrs and my health is fragile.
I don't have any job now for yrs
My wife has totally deserted me in this Pathetic
Plz. Let me know
1. If its a MCD, do I have to pay any alimony ?
2.Can she stake a claim on my inherited immovable property ?
3.if she does not agree for mutual. On wat basis can I send her a notice

Maintenance to wife leaving seperate
Wife is leaving seperately in adultry without devorce from past 15 years and getting maintenance from husband 498/307/494 case is lost by wife. If husband file a 494/420 case against her. Can she still file DV case where as she is leaving separate and maintenance is regularly paid.
