I got married in 30 November 2012 from the first day of my. Marriage my sister in law started to torturing me and because of her I got miscarriage .my sister in law also provoke to my husband to fight with me and my husband has left home 11 December 2015 before going he said to me he is going for some official work bt next day he called me and said he has left the job and also left me I don't know what should I do. Please suggest me how I can save my marriage.
Even when my family contected to my in laws they are refusing to meet and they are convincing to my parents for divorce but we r not ready for it.

i want to know i agreed on mutual consent divorce and now i am thinking i should not do this...is there any possibility,if i want to disagree on this statement....

After death of her husband the lady leaving with her two son & one daughter. after marriage daughter left her husband house. But all resposibilty of that lady taken by her elder son who leaving with him. Second son leaving on rent but he want to sold that house where the lady leave together with her elder son.
Can it possible to stop second son to do so.

Respected jury members, i have been married on 10 may 14. It is an love cum arrange marriage. However, the marriage was broken on 13 May 14, three days after marriage. As she was decided to commit suicide withe her boy friend as all the conversation has been recorded in my phone through auto call recorder as she took my mobile to speak with her boy friend. The next day i send her home back. And i filed FIR in police station regarding her suicide conversation on 18 May 14 and filed for annulment in family court and sec 420 in MM Court for cheating me. Before marriage i transferred 90000 to her father's account for financial support for marriage and purchase bike and pretended to be gifted by girl's side. After 8 months they filed maintenance under sec 24, 498A and DVC. Three mediations failed and i have the fear of interim maintenance. I have the evidences of following:- (a) Phone recording in my mobile. (b) marriage video in whic she refused to put hands on her close up photo shoots and other dislike behaviour on during wedding ceremony (c) Voice recording of her and her relatives using abusive words and she shouted that she was not interested on me, with my force only she married. (d) bank transaction form of rs 90000 (e) My honeymoon package tickets and flight tickets which was planned on 17 May 14 ( we didnt gone as she avoided). (f) No physical relationship as she avoided me during first night. She agreed before judge during mediation. These evidences are enough to avoid or reduce interim maintenance and to fight for annulment of marriage and other cases she filed against me. If IA implies on me what it will be when i am getting 30K per month in which i have to clear debts which was taken for conduct of my sisters marriage happened just one month before my marriage and my marriage which was done at my residence with my expenditure. She was studied class 10th. Please i requesting you to forward your valuable answers/suggestions.

I have filed case 125c and dv against him and i am fighting case from more than three year but still i am not able to get my child maintenance.
I want to know,how much time it take?
If my husband take a loan then he is not liable to pay child maintenance?

Sir, my Brother has filed for divorce and the matter is in Secundrabad court. My brother and his wife used to stayed in Secundrabad. In April 2015, my brother's wife along with her parents came to our native place in Karimnagar on the excuse of having a discussion with our elders and they returned leaving my brother's wife there. Since then she is forcefully staying in our newly constructed home and she even necked out my mother from the home in May 2015. A case was booked and FIR was registered on my mother's complaint against my bro's wife. The matter is in court, my bro's wife has not attended the 1st hearing and the next hearing is in March 2016.
The land on which our home was built was gifted by my grand father to my mom through a Gift DD and I contributed to majority of the construction of the house. And my bro's contribution was nothing.
Now my brother's wife who is forcefully staying there is claiming it as her property and says that she will sell it and take the money as settlement for divorce.
My Brother's wife is still in that house and filed 498A and DVC on us.
Sir, please let us know whether it is possible for her to sell the property and also how we can make her leave the house as my parents are senior citizens and are worried that their life earnings which were spent on the house, will they ever get the chance to stay there.

Dear experts,
My in laws are demanding a car and money during compromise negotiations and the compromise deed was also written in bad faith throwing the entire blame on me. I refused to sign it. In the mediation centre, my husband is telling the judge that I am refusing to compromise and to treat the compromise as failed. How can I convince the judge about the unlawful demands. Judge asked both of us to bring our own terms and conditions and he will settle it.
