How to find citation of case when it given only party name and court case number.
Like madhuri devis v/s state of U.P which decided by Allahbad high court,lucknow on 21/08/2015 which case number is Misc.Bench No.7590/2015.Which available on indiankanoon but citation is not given
so how to find citation in this case,any webdite ot technique of it

Hi sir,
We live in a house, which my father got it from his grandfather. My father has 2 younger brothers. So the 3 brothers(my father and his 2 brothers) divided the property into 3 parts. As their grandfather didn't make any will while he was alive, these 3 brothers divided the property after the death of their grandfather. My father has 2 sons. I am the elder one. My question is that, does my father have a right to give that property(house) to any one? Or we, the sons of my father should get that house? I guess we have the right to get the house not my father.
Could you please help me with this?

Resp. sir,
In my DV case court has given possession of half house ( 2 rooms out of 4 ) to my wife but she is not living there long back. she is living n working in different city far away from home town. she had not paid the light bill from last 6/8 months.and not taking care of it.
can i ask court to cancell her possession of 2 rooms.
any other suggestion .

I have filed a criminal case aginst a person n his wife, brother n wife of bother u/s 500 n 506 IPC in privet complain. accused no 1 get conviction of 3 month n others were fine of Rs 2000/. accused no 1 took the bail n file a appeal. I had completed argument before 1 year but accused no 1 is not giving his argument. every date h give some reasons n session judge allowed him n he is prolonging time n enjoying bail. what action i can take against him n under which section. every date we object.

Respected sir, my brother is filed a case at Rajkot court , order passed by magistrate every month he has to pay monthly compensation is rs 27000/- for divorce matter please he want stay against this order what is a time limit of this order to file and get a stay

Hello i have already filed for a contested petition against my husband for cruelty & DV (genuine case with evidence) but we are yet to get a court date & lawyer is yet to send the petition to my husband who is residing in Dubai. My question is can i put the petition on hold ? If yes how long can i do that? I still see a chance of reconciliation and do not want to ruin it by sending the papers. Kindly advice.

We are a family of 4. me, 2 sisters and one brother now.
When my mother was alive all 5 had entered into a settlement deed duly signed.
But I could not register it since they did not give the stamp paper doc to me.
After my mother's demise the settlement deed was in execution.
The deed said two sons would invest 1.25 laks in kvp which would fetch 2.50 lakhs in years. another 2.50 lakhs is payable by each son at the time of kvp maturity.
After my mothers demise sisters demanded the kvp for premature encashment for famly exigencies. I had agreed to part with kvp on their request.
A case was filed by two sisters saying that now they do not want to subscribe for the settlement deed and want 50% share.
Though it is admitted in writing that there was a settlement deed court do not seem to agree to it inspite of providing the evidence of kvp taken, etc,
What should be the action plan now..

FIR u/s 498A has been registred and IO has only taken permission to arrest my husband despite the fact that in my complaint serious allegations were on my mother in law and he has collusion with my husband Husband has made setting with IO and moved anticipatory bail and no body is seriously opposing his application and it is taking so long and 5-6 dates have been take and mediation has been failed and now husband's family is saying that they have nothing to give to me and saying falsely that i have already taken all my belongings and jewellery and my expenses and bills are kaccha bill so my lawyer is saying you will not get anything back and his bail would be done and not telling the procedure how to get back my strridhan and jewellery back,Could you suggest undr which section and act i need to file case so that my jewellrey and strridhan would be given back to me and could you provide the step to be taken how to get permission from court to get my mother in law as arrest, I am very tensed and I think my lawyer is also supporting my husband.

Before starting to chat I want to show all my document papers to you all how do i do that the experts should see the papers and advise me know me guide me is there any attachment available for this the papers are in Marathi language we had arrange marrage in church on 25th may 2014 she stayed for 4 months and left my house she is a advocate she filled all complaints as 125 / DV 2005 / 498a and other IPCs after 8 to 9 months when she was with her parents she changed the jurisdication also .

can court grant IA in HMA 24 or 125Crpc even if wife is well qualified and earns as much as husband .
i have submitted income profs of wife by way of salary slip and qualification by way of degree certificate .
