Sir/Madam,
The petitioner submitted a W/S in the interim and my advocate told that we also submit a W/S.
In her interim affidavit she mentions that she is starving since last four months and demanded Rs.20000/- monthly as maintenance.
My query is can i demand a financial affidavit of her monthly expenditures and demand a strict proof of her starvation at her mothers house.

Dear Sir I was filled OS of RcR on 25th Jan and my wife reacted on this by filing MLC on 27th Jan and registered false fir against me nd my family u/s 498a, 506,323 on 11th Feb and she admitted in os that she was residing with me and never resided with my family members and more over she filed this case staying with their parents On guidance of them and the same statements alleged in os but they failed to prove the cruelty, and RcR has decreed in my favor, based on this tell me how can quash an false FIR against me nd my parents

I would like to know that if my wife divorce me according to our muslim law as khula by govt kazi ,can i challange her in court? Or is the Talak ligal infront of law by her?

My wife filed divorce petition in family court under section 13 1(i-a & i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act.She has filed an application u/s 25 of HMA for permanent alimony.
Query :- Ancestral property also considered by court while deciding alimony amount. Property is stand registered on my father name.

Dear Sir my wife was staying away from me with out any cause then I conducted a meeting with elders and elders advice her to join matrimonal home but she refused it hence I filed RcR in trial court then she filed crpc 125, and false Dv act and 498a and stated threatening me and my family members, but the RcR and crpc 125 cases has come to end with the order to join matrimonal home within six months and simultaneously the crpc 125 has awarded 10000 ₹maintenence per month am unemployed and unable to so much more over RcR is decreed and why should I pay maintenance hence help me out to appeal in HC

I was married to on 14 dec 2015 . Girl family was against our marriaga my wife and me Filled a pitition Against her father and Family member and after some days Every thing get solved on 2 july my wife went to her parental home and lodge fir against her me and my family in which they claim they have give 15 lakh cash and Jwelry Worth 5 lakh. And present and the same fir in high court. On evidence Is given in support. In Mediation i asked to my wife and to come to back she didn't Reply . not coming in Mediation . If Fir is proved Fake. Then i can go for case against it my fil for giving false Evidence (Fir ) in court.??
What is the time the limit to fill Purjury case?

Dear Sir my wife has filled crpc 125 & false Dv case against me but simultaneously I was filled RcR it has been decreed to join with in six months during the pendent of case she gave A birth to male baby, but till 6months the maintaince of Rs 10000 is also awarded where as am un employed and it's very hard to pay for me hence help me to appeal in HC and what best could be done

My friend has file DV . My queries are as follow. 1) mediation fails . Mediation has submitted report to court. What will court do on next date?2) can anyone tell sequence of activities in court after failure of mediation ?3) Her lawyer is not coming on dates in court. As opposite party is rich it may be possible that lawyer might have tide up with them. She has changed lawyer but again same problem continue. Can she herself argue in court for her case? She has evidence of allegation. If yes; what is the way so that she can argue or fight herself for her case?

I have given the details of my case earlier also. I have won the divorce case at family Court but she has appealed at HC Mumbai. I have filed caveat also but does court considers the documents filed at lower court and whether her behavior at court.She does not use to come even after no. Of calls from court.While counciling initially at court she said herself she does not want to stay with me then now why she applied at HC.

Mainitenance and divorce
I am earning 1 lac take home salary after all deduction (14 lac as package) amount, I got married six years ago and have a daughter and a widow, handicpped mother. My wife is non working. After marriage I pushed her to complete her graduation after 2 year of my marriage she completes her graduation in B.A. (Pass) from delhi university and after that I pushed her to complete two year diploma in Nursery primary teacher training and also she is persuing one year english course from IGNOU. Despite this all she misbehaves a lot in my home and also we have lot of fight. Now I am totally frustrated with her bad behaviour my Mother in laws and father in laws both are creating nuisiance at home. After lot of suffering I have decide to devorce her. Could you please let me know how much money I have to pay to her in case of mainitance and alimony?
Case 1. Child is in custody of mine.
Case 2. Child is in custody of my wife
Please help me in this.
