Please give me suggestion , i hv a big issues of my marriage life could you please tell me how to handle or resolve this situation .
I got a married since last 18 month but this marriage is unwanted or forcefully for me. After marriage my wife not live in my house & also not with me. We dont hv any physical relation together . She is doing job in govt sector in her city nd i aslo in govt sector at my hometown. I file the divorce case on dated 1st july I had attends 2 hearing in court and she didn't came. Ryt Please give me suggestion , i hv a big issues of my marriage life could you please tell me how to handle or resolve this situation .

Sharing Recent Judgment of Supreme Curt of India, on OCTOBER 06, 2016.
The Supreme Court of India, has held, in recent judgment,on OCTOBER 06, 2016.
A Hindu son can divorce his wife for the cruelty of trying to pry him away from his “pious obligation” to live with his aged parents and provide shelter to them.
Insisting her husband to live separately from his parents is a western thought alien to our culture and ethos, observed Justice Anil R.Dave, who wrote the judgment.
The court was confirming the divorce of a Karnataka-based couple in a recent judgment. Married in 1992, the lower court granted the husband divorce after he alleged cruelty on his wife’s part. He quoted instances of her constant suspicions about him having illegal affairs with a maid. It was later found that no such maid as described by the wife ever worked in the couple’s home
In another instance, the apex court found that the wife had attempted to commit suicide but was rescued in the nick of time. She wanted to separate the man from his parents who were dependent on his income.
However, the High Court had set aside the decree of divorce, saying the wife had a “legitimate expectation” to see her husband’s income used for her and not his family members.
Shuddering at the thought of the legal tangles in which the “poor husband” would have found himself caught in had she succeeded in committing suicide, the Supreme Court concluded: “The mere idea with regard to facing legal consequences would put a husband under tremendous stress.”
In India, generally people do not subscribe to the western thought, where, upon getting married or attaining majority, the son gets separated from the family, the court said. In normal circumstances, a wife is expected to be with the family of the husband after the marriage.
“She becomes integral to and forms part of the family of the husband and normally without any justifiable strong reason, she would never insist that her husband should get separated from the family and live only with her,” Justice Dave observed.
“It is not a common practice or desirable culture for a Hindu son in India to get separated from his parents on getting married at the instance of the wife, especially when the son is the only earning member in the family. A son, brought up and given education by his parents, has a moral and legal obligation to take care and maintain the parents, when they become old and when they have either no income or have a meagre income,” Justice Dave wrote.

respected sir my in lows sigh me on blank paper as divorce paper forcefully so i don't know whether my divorce is process or not what is legal process.

Hi All,
We got married during 2011 and we have kid daughter 2 years now. I even dont know the exact problem what happened exactly. From July she left me alone with kid and staying with her Uncle family. I tried to speak to her in person by going to uncle house and office, but she didnt turned up.i dont really what is happening. If we meet once atleast we can sit and discuss the pros and cons, but she is avoiding that.It has been 3 months since i seen my kid and my wife. She is very good and smart and very motivational to me.
Now, yesterday i received a courier from court and it was given as DVC***. I dont have any help or guidance. How to proceed now?? Please someone help me..

Today i received notice from court in behalf of my wife who filed under section 12 of protection from domestic violence act. May i know how it differs from 498a. What exactly the court do when receives this complaints...court called me along with my father and mother , please advice

My wife filed divorce petition in family court under section 13 1(i-a & i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act.She has filed an application u/s 25 of HMA for permanent alimony.
Query :- Ancestral property also considered by court while deciding alimony amount. Property is stand registered on my father name.

Dear experts,
My problem is related to my earlier queries in relation that the wife's parents are not receiving the legal notice send by my Lawyer and the post-office person mentioned in written that the respondent is absent or went somewhere for treatment of hir father, as told by the family members. i have some queries please suggest me:
1. I have all the valid occuments with MCD.
2. My lawyer is suggesting that file a petition of divorce and if they are not appearing, court will issue the NBW.
3.you will get divorce in one year.
4.Now i came to know that they have uploaded the profile on matrimonial site.
5. can i make my account on that matrimonial site to collect the evidence or can take by RTI.
6. Can i file case 494 before divorce decree.
7. What type of document will be required as evidence for Court to prove that profile was made (because profile can be deleted any time).
i am looking for acceptable and lawful suggestion and also have to short the case time and presence of respondent in the court.

Reg. Family court case status
Hi experts, can I check the divorce case status filed in Chennai family court by my wife. I wanted to represent in-person for my case. As I am working in Bangalore it will be better if I can track my case status online.
Please let me know the procedure to track case status online. I already verified through ecourt site. But it was not showinshthe option to check family court case.
