I want to know answer of following queries:
1.settlement of 20 Lac maintenance is taxable income for not working wife and her 13 years old son?
2.can money be submit in lower court or handover to women directly?
3. can women and her son claim maintenance or part of property in future after one time settlement?
4.can wife take money in cash or DD?
5.lower court can settle all 498A,125, domestic violence case, divorce case.

I've been operated at the age of 5 years and one of my leg is 1cm short compared to other leg though I don't have any difficulties with the functioning of my leg. However this issue hasn't been informed to my husband or his family before marriage. Now my husband is demanding for a divorce. How should I proceed?

I am Suchhanda Mitra (wife)married to Utsab Mitra(husband) on Jan 2014. Living separately since August 2016 due to Domestic Violence and torture. I left Utsab Mitra's house on Aug 2016 and after that Utsab has filed a case on Sep 2016 in Alipore Civil Court Complex in Kolkata under SEction 13 1. We did not get any notice to appear till date because we are on a different address now in Pune. We have searched in Internet and came to know about this case. Additionally we filed a case in Pune Family Court in May 2017 for Maintenance. I am currently working in Pune. Can you advise if the Kolkata Alipore Civil Court Complex case can be transferred to Pune Court where I am staying and If Yes what is the procedure can you please advise on this .

Respected sir/madam,
My name is priyanka sharma, i am a widow women, my inlaws house is in gurgaon. I have been married in january 2016, and my husband got expired in july 2017. After my husband's death my inlaws throw me out of my husband's house, when i asked them about my husband funds, claims of company, they refused to gave me.
Sir, my father in law was in government job but had expired few years back, without leaving a will of his property/ house, now his government pension is taking by my mother inlaw, my mother inlaw was also a government employer, she is also taking her own government pension, It means now she is taking 2 government pensions, and living happily in her husband's house.
Sir, my husband worked in a reputed company of gurgaon, company told me that your husband did not change his nomination for claims and funds, (mother to wife) , thats why this problem occurs, company told me that claims and funds belongs to wife only but , if your mother inlaw is also expecting for money, than it should be 20% belongs to mother and 80% belongs to wife according to law.
When i told about this rule to my mother inlaw than she refused and said if you also want than i will give you only 50% otherwise not.
Sir, someone told me the judgement of supereme court, that the nomination made before marriage is invalid, after marriage nominee will automatically belongs to wife only, mother inlaw is only a care taker, when legal hier found then mother inlaw has to give all rights to legal hier, and for mother inlaw gratuity will be 50% .
Sir, plz help me what is right and what is wrong, what are the rights of a widow in her husbands company , funds, death claims , and what are the rights of a widow in her father inlaws property /house. Sir, i am in a extreme pain after my husband death, please guide me , please help me in this situation, as soon as possible, waiting for your reply .

Need advise on filing the petition by my self as I cannot hier any lawyer due to financial constrain. It is a mutual consent as both husband and wife are separated since 9 years...Wife does not need any alimony or maintanance. Have a 10 yr old son...Never met his father ....

Hi.. I am graduate and a working women. I got married in 2014. It was my love marriage. Since the very next day from my marriage life, i started suffering by physically and mentally problems from my husband & in-law family members. After a limit from every stress, I decided to stay separate from my husband and take divorce. After leaving husband's house, its almost 3 yrs and 7 months. I also filed my divorce case in bandra Family court on last Jul'16, For this also its almost more than one and half year. My next date is on Jan'18. In between the period of divorce case, 3 to 4 notice's are send to my husband and all the time he rejected it plus he was not present in any of the hearing / date. Now my lawyer gave the statement that by on coming hearing / date if my husband is again absent then I would get one sided divorce. In which I can remarry but husband should take my permission first to remarry. Is it true or not? My husband is also demanding that he wants all the gold jewellery plus all the dresses they gave to me in marriage.
Can u pls. suggest me or can you guide me...
1. the query which i asked about the one sided divorce on my favour?
2. Would it be liable that he can still demand and the court can accept it?
3. Remarry stage for me and for husband?
4. Would husband be liable to give me almony if I demand or not?
Any Other points or advise from your side.

I am 28 year old and my secound cousin once reomoved is 16 year old.we were going to marry when she will be 18yrs old. We love each other a lot. but somehow her family membres foud her mob which was given by me. and everyone knows everything even tho we continued . we face loads of trouble cause of too much pressure by community and also by family membres. on this monday she told me her dad fixed her marriage with her mothers brother. so i took her with me in my home on same day. and whole community and family membres beaten us. evern her clothes were tored by goons .. i was also beaten a lot .. SHe is daugher of my second cousin brother from my fathers side. I have no idea its legal or not .. even after so many peoples beating us she never left me alone in them then her mothers brother came and he took her with him to his village.evryone is threatning me for police case if i tried to contact her so pls help me.....

A lady died few days back intestate left behind 3 children one of them is minor.the father of children has also died.The lady has some amount left in bank account.the adult child is claimant of the amount with two ready to execute letter of disclaimer.the question is who will sign letter of disclaimer on behalf of the minor child?
