Thank you in advance.
My wife has filed a DV case against me. In the case proceedings, she has agreed to conditionally stay with me - the condition being that I make her joint owner in the flat that I own. The allegations against me are all petty related to living conditions at my home and she has complained that I have deserted her. She has not proved any allegations either.
Request you to please reply to my below question:
- Will the court allow such a condition (of joint ownership in my flat) - which my wife has put saying that it is for her future safety and security in case of desertion.

Hi I am chandana I got married 7 yr back on 2010 but now he is not accepting me nd I have a son 6 yr old from past 7 month we are separated nd we have give 10 lakh after marriage we have agriculture land that we have sold nd we have given that 10 lac nw they are not giving 1 RS also for my child nw he is studying 1 class can u suggest me

I GOT MARRIED ON 17/7/2013 AT GWALIOR. LAST RESIDED AT GWALIOR. PRESENTLY, BOTH ARE WORKING IN GOVT. JOB. THE CASE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
1) SHE HAS GIVEN CONSENT AT SP OFFICE TO SEEK DIVORCE IN APR 2015.
2) SHE HAS FILED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE AND ASKED RELIEF U/S 18 PROTECTION ORDER AND RETURNING OF HER BELONGINGS.
3) I FILED SEC 9 RCR IN MAY 2015 IN WHICH SHE HAS REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE NOTICE AND FINALLY NOT GIVEN PRESENCE.
4) WITH RCR PENDING, I FILED DIVORCE CASE ON 24/8/2015 ON CRUELTY AND DESERTION GROUND SINCE WE ARE STAYING AWAY FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS.
5) SHE HAS FILED CPC RULE 7 ORDER 11 APPLICATION WHICH WAS DISMISSED AND SUBSEQUENTLY, I WITHDRAWN MY RCR.
6) AFTER ALMOST 16 MONTHS, SHE HAS FILED RCR IN BHOPAL AND AFTER THAT SHE HAS FILED 498A CASE AGAINST ME.
MY QUERY IS THAT;
A) CAN SHE FILE RCR AT BHOPAL SINCE WE NEVER MARRIED AT BHOPAL, NEITHER LAST RESIDED TOGETHER AT BHOPAL BUT PRESENTLY WE ARE WORKING AND POSTED AT GOVT. JOB AT BHOPAL.
B) IS 498A MAINTAINABLE SINCE SHE HAS FILED RCR PRIOR TO 498A AND AFTER THE DV CASE.
C) SHE HAS ADMITTED THE LAST RESIDED PLACE i.e GWALIOR IN HER REPLY STATEMENT AGAINST MY SEC-13 PETITION AND NOW SHE IS FILING RCR AT BHOPAL.

I( Suman Agarwal) have filed a case of dowry against my husband in my bharatpur district.in personal hearing given by ADR court, my husband demanded a time of 01 month and ADR committee gave him 01 month time period for change of behaviour but in this time period he filed a case against me in Madhyapradesh court. Summons from court came to our home but my mother denied to accept it.
Q.1 what will happen in this case?
Q.2 Is it will be necessary to go Madhyapradesh as i have a child aged 3 yr and i have already filed a case in bharatpur?

Whether the Uncle (brother of the father) can represent the party in Family Court when the party is unable to attend?
If yes please state under what law and section? if possible please quote decided cases by High Court or Supreme Court.

Hello my problem is that my wife is a SBI employee working as a clerk. She was posted near my home just 3 km away. She had applied for transfer at my place and after that she was transferred. My inlaws came to my place and took my wife and infant baby on pretext of family function. After few days wife behaviour changed and she refused to came back. Then I came to know she had requested bank to transfer her to place where her father is stationed as he is also a bank employee and she has been transferred to that place. She did not came to attend Diwali function at my home also and saying I should live with her but I refused since no one is there to look after my mother and she should not have taken this step since 7 SBI bank already exist near our city but she is not ready to come back. Can RCR be filed or she has a right to leave her husband and be with father. She is just using her transfer as an excuse to come back. I am really shocked, will RCR has to do anything with work??? I mean family court can reject MY RCR as she is employee and can choose place of her work any where????

I need urgent help...
It's about me any my cousin sister. She got married 7yrs back and having a baby boy of 4yrs old. She got married with his manager working in the same company. Before marriage he said so many lies that he is an MBA graduate having property, lots of money, so they decided to get marry and ran and they got married raipur CG ( cousin sister belongs to raipur only and her husband belongs to Indore).
After she ran from her hometown and started her life with his hubby she got to know that all the things which he said is lies he don't have nay degree all r fake no property and all but it's not the matter of money. After some time he started humiliating her by abusing her to do wrong things like dirty chats, nude pics, while intimating he try to make a video, dirty story telling, nude video chat, and all shit. Since she don't have any support from her family she did by forcing by his hubby.
When she is pregnant he had started an affair with his X girlfriend and when she get to know about them he refused everything and become a good person in front of his family, even though his family support him and didn't say a single word when they get to know about all these.
After marriage my cousin and her hubby stayed in indore Bhopal for 3yrs, then nasik for 3yrs and right now in Goa from may of this year.
Before marriage me and cousin has an affair but after marriage we have not contacted each other by 4yrs.
After that when we start talking and when she start sharing all these to me I have decided to support her. Then she says to her hubby that she is going to sasural and came out from that hell.
Right now she is with me in jharkhand. And she want to get separate from her hubby.
So what we can do.
Is there any procedure that we can do because her hubby is having doubts in me that me and his wife has an affair. But he didn't see my msgs and call nothing just a doubt.
So please help what we can do.
Weather she can file the case from jharkhand or not because I'm also new here just got posted 3mnths back.
Is there is a risk on me to. Right now no one knows that we r staying together.
So pls pls help me........
And suggest wat we or wat she can do to get divorce.....

Im having 1 year old boy baby now after ivf treatment because of male factor ... my mother in law tortured me many times for dowry and all ... in my husband side no one s come for pick me and child there.. they all are maintaining silence .. im living n my mother home with my child for d past one and half years ... no sex relationship between me and my husband from day 1... after doctor check up only i came to know about his infertility ... so only ivf treatement after that all efforts god gave me a handsome boy baby ... my question is ... im not ready to divorce my husband ... i need maintenance for my baby .... is it possible... suggestion please ...

Am 22 Years old.
i got married on april 30,2017. Actually my marriage happen due to blackmail and compeltion.actually i worked as a structual detailer before marriage. As per tamil nadu marrige boy will come and see the girl they will proceed. First tym Due to my relations they ask me to say okay to him. That time i got scared and said okay. Then i called him and i said what happend there and i said am not intrested to marry u.. And he called to my parents and forced me to make arrangements for engagements.and before marrige also i said i dint like him. And i said to him also he said he will die and my parents also balckmailed me that they will die.i did so many problems to stop this marriage . In that i got married.
now am not intrested to live with him. What i can do now
please give any suggestion

Summons are not returned
Hi I send summon to my wife regarding RCR and child custody sec 26. Thrice but summons are not returning to the court despite giving correct address. Does it deemed to be delivered ???? Because neither summon letter nor AD has came back from the address.
