In Dvc case court order is not good . It gave order that I mother also should pay maintainance to child while child is with me.I want to oppose the judgement through mahila sangalu in vijayawada. Can anyone help

My dear experts
On 1.12.2016 marriage took place .nearly one month lived together at husband place no cohabitation between them.after 4 months a memorandum of understanding executed between them as there is no possibility to join both of them even elders advices them.both husband and wife along with their parents also signed and as per the MOU after one year the both has to file mutual Diverce petition before the court.
But now the wife is not coming to file mutual Diverce petition before the court.
As per the MOU husband has to pay an amount of rs 30000 as alimony and returned the articles on the date of MOU.
Husband is ready his part.
Kindly advice to husband what he has to do.can he file Diverce petition under section 13 of Hindu marriage act
I hope you experts Will give a proper advice on this regard.

wife not returning back, ran away from matrimony due to personal issues with husband, when contacting on whatsapp she is saying visit psychologist correct mental problem of suspision , but wife busy whole night chatting with friends. when husband aks who are you chatting with late in the night, wife shouting at husband. wife not interested to talk to husband, blocked his number, whatsapp. husband suspecting that she is maintaining boy friend at her place of residence/ work after seeing one SMS at 12.10 AM to a guy. wife silent on the SMS. both husband and wife educated. girls parent supporting her but accusing the husband of DV, but when husband ask about late night chatting, girl and her parents are silent. girl stayed with the husband for 4 years, girl's brothers abuse and harass the husband for his financial status and educational status. girl's parents force and taunt husband to buy house, car and bring cash from his house.
what can the husband do now ? can the husband file DV on the girl and her parents ?
can the husband file 498 on the lover of his wife ?

Husband and wife live separate from last 3yrs. They have 3 yrs child. Husband use to visit wife and kid till oct2017. But after that she refuse to visit.
Now he wants right to visit from court. There is no any matter pending before any court. He also don't want to file any matter. He many times requested her to come back home by call & email but she didn't came.
He has filled application u/s 8(1) of Hindu minority and guardian act.
Which section is proper. Plz guide.

There is misunderstanding among wife and husband. They hv a child boy of 3yrs. They live separate from last 3yrs. However, husband use to visit wife and his son till oct2017 but after that wife refuse to visit. Husband called & by email requested to come back home but she did not came. So now he wants right to visit his child. He doesn't want to file any matter from his side. So there is no any matter pending before any cout. Under which section he can file application to court for right to visit. Plz guide.

I have filed for the divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty. Now, a complaint has been filed against me and my parents in women cell by my wife. First counseling has happened and we have been given the date for the second counseling. We have just passed one year of marriage. Now, my question is, can my wife file an FIR against us with false allegation of Dowry? Do we have this kind of clause in law that wife can file FIR on the basis of above allegations until 6 years of marriage?
