My wife didnt want to live with me , so she forced me to vacate the house (rental house) 4 years ago.I refused and wanted to solve the issue before vacating house. We had quarrel, so she filed a case under IPC 506a . i got a bail and left the house as well as city.
Police mentioned some unknown address in the FIR even my name was not mentioned properly. So i didnt receive any summon. also i heard she withdrew the case. So i kept quiet.
But recently i came to know that she didnt withdraw the case.
Also i heard She doesnt want to run the case.She wants to live her life on her own way with out divorce.
i dont have any details (like FIR) about the case.Now how could i approach the case.Hiring a lawyer is enough?
Do i need to appear in person ?. How could i close the case? Also i came to know if some one doesnt appear in the court ,the court would issue NBW notice.
Please advice me on this regard

Dear Sirs/Mams,
Plz suggest me. I am from telangana. My wife filed 125 maintenance case and 498 IPC ( NOT 498A) ONE YEAR back. I think in 2017 july. 3 times appearance of accused. 8 times summons are there in my case. But I don't know this my friend informed by seeing in online. But I hv nt received due to summons issued to wrong address. They don't know my correct address. They know my parent address. What should I do.

I am from chandigarh and i registered my case for the maintenance in punjab and haryana court in the year july 2017. The court granted me the maintance of rs 18000/- pm.
But till now we havent got anything from my husband. My lawyer only take dates after dates and he doesnt show interest in the case and never take me along with him to the hearing. He told me that judge has refused to sign the next summon just because my husband lawyer is the secretary of bar council and he left me alone to face the judge to sign petition.
Kindly tell me what to do... As when i say smthing or tell him to take me to court.. He often gets too angry... And i am very worried because till now the FIR is also not registered though i have all the proofs of dowary and dv. What to do... Where to go... Who will help... Plz guide us.

Kindly suggest us where my elder brother apply to legal custody for his twins baby boy, right now one is living with him and another one is with her mother, and she is living in her parental house, both child is student of nursery class in well reputed St. Diocesan Junior High school , one child is going to school and another one is not going school, because our sister in law is not sending him school,

hello sir, i live in hyd. my dad did not get any notice about the maintenance towards his first wife..they divorced before 30 years only before my mom married him. my dad is a govt employee and there is an amount of 20 thousand deducting from my dad's salary before transferring to his account.
it has been 2 months there is a deduction on the name of court attachment
please suggest how to stop the money deduction in the pay and how to take immediate action to stop the money which transfers to her account

she left : 2012 ( with 1 year kid -boy) in her petitions mentioned that her brother came and took her for proper nourishment etc... etc..
present status:
1) filed 125 crpc MC & scetion 12 DVC (pwdva 23) : jan 2016 ( after 4 years)
2) for both MC & DVC I filed counter and "waiting for Chief to submitt. seems next hearing they will submitt"
3) And in DVC interim maintenance of 20k ( order came on jun 2016) ordered with out my notice and later o NBW issued which got cancelled later. paying some amount ( so far paid 2 lakhs) for this
4) recently in april they put one more petition for all arrears not paid against interim maintenance . yet to file counter for this
5) RCR not filed and they are not ready for out of court settlement
Can you pls give your best suggestion how to approach?
Is DVC can be dismissed on ground of CrPC 468? better to submit dismiss petition for DVC? if so in same court and by when?
present DV with sce 12 & sce 23 PWDVA files in "addl metropolitan magistrate court" .
so where should I file dimiss petition on base crpc468 for above dvc ? in same court or distrcit court or high court?
both are in different states . she left to her parents house and filed both cases in different courts in that city. incident happend in karnataka
is better apply for divorce? if so where in my state (karnataka) or in her state (telangana) ?

Cross examination
Hello learned,
In the cross examination witness being asked question regarding ownership of I –phone apple in replied he(witness) denied that he has not any such kind of the phone and he showed another phone before the court.
Now it was found from the face book account of that witness that he had put this i-phone apple phone photo graph in his face book post. how can refer this face book page in the cross examination.
Can I open his page in laptop before court and refer to him ? in cross examination like we refer documents which were not produced as D.E.
Note :- further cross examination is pending
